When I received my fireplace, it wasn’t functioning properly. I emailed the company and they responded in less than 24 hours. I sent pics and they identified the problem. They sent me a repair video and I got the replacement piece in a couple days. It was a simple fix and the fireplace looks wonderful in my living room.

I added this fireplace/entertainment center in my therapy office and have received a ton of compliments! My clients (especially teens and young adults) appreciate the LED lights and everyone likes the relaxing effects of the fireplace. It recently got cold due to the fall weather and the heater was perfect to warm up the space! Great tv stand! Very easy to set up and fits my 65” tv great! Different colors of flames makes it easy to customize it to however you may like. LED lights also change color. Very sturdy and I would definitely buy it again!

As with any ordered furniture, assembly is not for the novice. One disappointment with this unit was that the electric fireplace does not have a secure mounting. We utilized some industrial Velcro to secure the fireplace, so it could not just fall out. Unit was packaged well and sustained no damage. We like the additional LED color strips and fireplace operation.
