The media could not be loaded. The truck not only looks great, but works great. I was very skeptical about ordering it, hoping that it didn’t break during shipping. The assembly of it was very easy, although the manual was confusing. Luckily, it was common sense where the parts of a car go. My daughter loves it a lot. And we as parents enjoy playing with her on it. I love that it comes with a manual hand held controller in order to help steer her since my 2 year old is still a little too young to understand that you turn the wheel to the right to go to the right. We’ve been riding it inside the house which is spacious at the low speed option. Which is another feature we love. This was a perfect gift for my son’s 3rd birthday. He is obsessed with fire trucks so the fact he gets to drive one of his own is great. Perfect size for toddlers! Remote works great. I only gave it 4 stars because the MP3 music function does not work. It only plays the music that was programmed to it. When you plug in phone or any other device, the music will not play. A little disappointing because my son loves music and was excited to be able to listen to all his favorite songs. If this is the only thing wrong with it it’s still a win! Just take care of it. I find it works great if assembled correctly and stored properly. My son loves it and I can control it with remote controller. He is only 22 months so he's not hitting the gas much sometimes pulling on the steering wheel. He kust loved cruising with me connected to Bluetooth playing baby shark songs. I keep it in the garage where the temp stays above 55 even when freezing out, but if cold you can take out battery and keep it inside the house. Batteries hate the cold. ... show more

I received this item as a Christmas gift for my grandson and after assembling it the car did not work. I tried everything so he would be happy and I am very mechanically inclined but the product had a faulty relay or battery. I contacted the company directly and they refunded immediately. Unfortunately they were out of stock on this car. The company did respond immediately and showed sincere concern. I appreciate their attitude and concern. They helped make a bad situation better. I got this for my son for Christmas and it lasted maybe a week. The wheel came off and when trying to fix it we noticed that the wheel did not have welded hole for a new screw to fit. What a bummer. My son loved this as well.
