The fire pot itself works greats, but the hot rod that came with keeps tripping my GFI outlet. Looked at the connections looks like the connection is not grounded properly and a loose.

The hot rod is not compatible with an Ironwood 650. The supplied connector doesn't match the one on the grill, see photos. I changed my rating for GRILLME from 1 to 5 stars because after receiving the hot rod and realizing it was not a replacement for my grill, GRILLME contacted me and provided a full refund.
