If I could rate this a zero I would. We have used this one time, kept it covered and secured and it has rusted terribly. I bought high temp paint to hopefully stop the rust. I understand that things will rust over time but after one use and less than a month??? There is also no place to contact the seller. This is a complete and total piece of garbage! 1) the fire pan is too shallow - You can only build a TINY little fire! Even a small piece of firewood would stack too high! 2) The first time we built a fire, the tiles got hot, and just broke.! 3) tiles are cheap and not held in place. So when you move it they fall out. Turns out this is not so important, because they break the first time they get hot! My wife and I have used this fire pit twice, it’s completely worthless. It is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought on Amazon. It’s not worth five cents! I was completely and totally ripped off THUMBS DOWN! ... show more

The fire pit came in and was relatively easy to put together. No issues with parts or assembly. The top screen is a little shallow once you put the wood in. And that is where I noticed that there are gaps in the welding of the screen metal. It hasn't cracked, but when you can see the fire through it, you know there is missing welding material. Since there is no stress on these areas I'm not concerned about a failure, but it's more about the cosmetics and attention to detail. Table is perfect height and okay for price point. A few of the legs had chipped paint and rust showing through. I'm super disappointed that mine didn't come with the extra middle tiles to close up the pit part if you wanted like some of the other reviewers indicated and posted pictures of. We didn't have intentions of using it as a firepit but needed it because it was the perfect height. Hard to find this size that is not hundreds of dollars for a patio table. The tiles are not set on solid backing either and loose, so if you happen to knock one from underneath, it could fall out and break. Super easy to put together though. Despite what many reviews tell you and despite the pictures many reviewers have posted, there is no tile insert which turns this fire pit into a table. It's not included in the product description, only in some of the reviews. I can only guess that Amazon has mixed up reviews from different products. It's still a solid product, and I'm pleased with the purchase, just a bit disappointed in the missing functionality.     • Needs additional tools, does not fit well together

The whole frame for the product was warped just enough that in order to assemble it, additional wholes need to drilled through the metal frame so the screws fit. We tried every possible way, and it just didn't fit on its own. There are no caps for the feet, so they will sink into the ground a bit. It also did not include any form of adhesive for the tiles. They just sit in the frame, and the frame has to be transported super carefully to not have them come out. It's a colossal waste of money. ... show more

This item came dented up and is cheaply made. I was wondering if they sell adult size ones as well. Lol, it would probably be a pain to repack this and cost a lot to send it back, doesn't seem worth the hassle. I'm going to just keep it. Word to the wise just got Walmart and pick up one instead.
