    • It works
This was fairly easy to put together. The directions weren't too complicated and it took less than an hour to put together. I like the soft green color as it is a nice neutral color. I had to put the front of the unit against a flat surface because it kept moving while I was using it. To make it more stabilized I put it in front of a flat surface area that keeps it from moving and feeling not stable. The part where you put your knees is lower to the ground and the angle the machine is in feels low to get started. The padding is nice and provides good cushion and support. I know I need the machine because it's very difficult to use with both knees together at the same time so I'm doing one knee at a time and I can feel it in my abs. I'm glad the product page had a video for demonstration because the instruction manual it came with only was on how to put it together and not how to use it. After several days of use I was able to use it with both knees at the same time for just a couple times so I can see progress being made. I think there is room for improvement with this product but it is decent and if you use it consistently you can see results. ... show more

    • Not as useful as you would think
This is definitely a purchase to be made only if you have a lot of room. It does take up space and it’s the kind of item that if you fold it up and put it on the side, you probably will never use it again. There are far better exercises for the abs than this You can adjust the height to get more resistance. When I put my elbows in the brace, it does not feel terribly comfortable.     • Easy to set up, folds down small, and can lower height for easier resistance
I like that it comes with minimal work required to set it up beyond a few bolts. The front leg is fully detachable and can be moved up and down to change the angle of the machine. The more your retract the front leg, the less resistance you'll have. The entire front is held with a solid metal bar that you insert through holes on the machine and front leg to hold it. I'm worried about people putting their entire weight on this one point , especially since you're top heavy when using this machine. ... show more

This is no doubt a great ab workout, however, assembly was less than pleasant. The main brackets that you can move for different heights are so hard to get in and out it's almost impossible. How I missed that deep amazing burn feeling you get when a really good ab work out is complete. I used to be a soccer player and totally lost my workout way for the last 10 years. I got a Jumpstart with my weight loss journey just by eating right. I lost 20 pounds and now it’s time to start toning up and getting ripped. This is a great way to add some fun and something different to your workout routine, or even if you’re just starting out like I am again Assembly was pretty easy, but not the easiest I will admit. Fortunately, I was able to complete. It was just one pair of hands – me myself, and I. It took roughly 25 minutes to complete it all by myself, and right after I completed it, you know, I jumped on it and tested it out! Man, these work for you obliques, and a wonderful way. You will feel in the next day, but it’s the best kind of burn. I love that the color of this is a cute white and mint green. Not some ordinary exercise monster machine that looks like it’s from the 80s. It is streamlined and Slim and it’s compact enough to be able to fit in my little closet in my front room when I’m done.     • Sturdy but Somewhat Difficult to Use
This is a pretty sharp gravity only exercise machine. It has 5 heights and 2 levels of resistance. I'm not sure how effective of an ab machine it is as I have found it somewhat difficult to sit sideways on the slider, I don't know if it's me or the machine.
