I read some of the negative reviews and wonder if some are user error. It took about 10 mins to install without tools or instructions. They came with instructions, just unnecessary as it was a straightforward process. Used the plumbers tape, no leaks anywhere. The shower head does rotate up and down, side to side. (Just loosen the handle on it) I researched for a long time and could not find any reviews for any filtered shower head that after testing with a kit, the product did actually filter out chlorine or other contaminants. However, my skin and hair felt much softer after using this shower head. So, I would definitely say this showerhead does something. Shower pressure is great too. It was easy to installed and Iespecially love the 2nd option of front power spray for washing the bathroom tiles. The filter works great and can immediately the difference on my skin. I needed to upgrade my shower head since my old one didn’t come with a detachable head and the water pressure was too light, would take a lot of effort to ensure all the soap was out of my hair. No complaints at all, the product works as described. The 7 different settings and the pressure washer is very useful. I clean my shower weekly to keep it in pristine condition and this made my life so much easier. It’s also very easy to install, just follow the instruction manual. It took me literally 5 minutes. This is a very nice shower head. The hose is so long it is almost too long! I chose this one as the water restrictor does not have to be used with it, it is easy to place or remove it and I did not want it in there hoping to get better water pressure. Love it, the water pressure is leagues better than my old one. The handle is light weight, it looks good, and installation was very easy. Water definitely feels much softer and leaves my skin softer. Day one of my new shower head and it is wonderful! I didn’t use either of the GPM filters and the water pressure was perfect. It truly does seem to soften the water. My skin felt silky soft after the shower. The spray head is fully adjustable, and when you adjust the spray, you don’t get a mix of two sprays or a reduction in pressure.
