Let's get really specific here. It is crucial to express that outside of laser therapies (like Fraxel) or aggressive medication (like Accutane), nothing can alter pore size. Now, retinoids are fantastic at encouraging cell-turnover and unblocking pores ... this can make pores APPEAR smaller. That's a fairly important distinction to make (for you to avoid any sort of unreasonable expectations). Now, before we jump to the product's strengths (which are many), you should know that this has a noticeable fragrance. So those with sensitivities to fragrance may wish to sample this in-store and then purchase here (where you will always get he best deal). The delivery system is super nice. It is a pump that allows one to keep the actual product free from contamination. This is considerably better than jars which require one to dip one's fingers into the product. This often results in having to dispose of the product before one can actually use the entire jar. Here, the product remains clean until the last drop. Very refreshing. The product itself is relatively thin (in all of the best ways) and applies/distributes with ease. This is nice since one does not have to tug and pull on one's skin (especially the delicate under-eye area). And, while it remains somewhat tacky (to the touch), I found this is best used at night, so it really doesn't matter. Now, don't forget to apply this to the back's of your hands as well as your neck. You want to keep your face, neck, and hands all looking as fresh as possible. (It is so easy to forget your hands ... but it makes all the difference!) I use this on my days off from a prescription retinoid. (It is a lighter version of a retinoid with a great boost of C). This helps me avoid any type of pealing and keeps my skin looking gorgeous! Even when used consistently, this pump will last you quite a while. So, while the price may seem daunting, it is easily worth the investment. Use this consistently to see softer, brighter skin. I do like how this made my skin look and feel but the scent is waaaaay to strong for me and it bothers me on my face. I wish the scent was more neutral.

    • Excellent moisturizer, enjoyable scent, but not sure of the anti-aging aspects
This is a wonderful moisturizer that feels great when put on. It has a nice cooling and soothing effect on my face, and I think that it smells great. As a daily moisturizer, I give this five stars without question. I really like it. That said, I pay quite a bit less for CeraVe face lotion that also feels pretty good - not as good, no, but it's also only about $10 for a larger bottle. So, the key to me in making this worth the cost is in it's ability to turn back time, as it were. It claims to have anti-aging properties and to smooth out wrinkles. Does it? Kind of. It definitely smooths out wrinkles when it's applied, but I don't see really any lasting effects from it after having used it for about three weeks. Maybe it just takes longer, or maybe it just needs to be used every day for as long as you want to have fewer wrinkles. I'd definitely keep buying this if it cost less, but at nearly $100, I just don't see the benefits that are claimed. Again, though, it's a truly wonderful moisturizer. If the cost doesn't phase you, then I wouldn't hesitate to suggest trying it. ... show more

This is the second product from this company that I have been able to test. The first was an eye cream that was a little too heavy and also came in a jar that was much bigger than the product it contained. This serum is much lighter and comes in a more appropriate pump bottle. It is not too heavy and absorbs quickly. I’m not sure it is light enough for under makeup so I only use it in the evening. It is too soon to see much improvement though I like how my face seems more refreshed when I wake up. This has not caused any irritation or breakouts. I personally don’t notice a scent at all though others have mentioned it in their reviews. I am only giving 4 stars as I think this is priced too high but I guess that is a personal preference of how important an antiaging serum is to someone. I look younger than my age so it isn’t as important to me. ... show more
