I ordered this because all of the supermarkets have Virgin Olive Oil but people don’t seem to know that it’s more for dipping and not for cooking. I bought this at a great price of $25 only 18 months ago and now the cost is $51. Sticker shock. I love the brand. I use the extra virgin to season after cooking but this has a lower heat point so I prefer this lighter version for sautéing. This price point is a lot to swallow.
