Didn’t realize how long this would be, but good info!! I’ve waited years to find one of these since my two previous jobs had them because they get so expensive! I have scoliosis so I can’t sit or stand too long, but regardless anyone chained to a desk all day would agree that being able to stand comfortably throughout the day is ideal. The exact look of the one I had in my cart for $400, was on sale with this seller for $90 from like $200 on prime day. Was a little skeptical, but I couldn’t pass up the deal! Assembly: It was a challenge! Making sure things are facing the correct way definitely took extra time at certain points because you’re solely relying on pictures that aren’t the easiest to get clarity on. The screws aren’t labeled on the bag, I was only able to figure out which was which by the amount I was given per the instructions. After the table top assembly, I realized the turning mechanism to raise and lower the desk was backwards which was a hassle to switch around after the fact. Finally got everything put together and struggled to get it all reset and initially started, but figured it out (really started to sweat it out there for a good 5/10 minutes)- it didn’t start up/factory reset the way it initially mentions in the pamphlet. Said it would go to the highest point then to the lowest (if I remember correctly), but mine just went all the way up and stopped multiple resets. Essentially it still works properly though- for now. Appearance: ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! It’s everything I expected and more. No blemishes whatsoever. Love the headset hook and the cup holder! My Biggest Complaint: At this point it’s irrelevant because I have gotten used to it, BUT the up and down buttons are swapped. I’m not referring to appearance, I’m referring to its function. ‘Up’ button goes down and vice versa. While I primarily use the saved ‘sit’ ‘stand’ buttons the most, I do often use the up/down buttons because I may need to get to certain cords that it just doesn’t make sense to raise the desk all the way. Overall I’m used to it now so it’s not the biggest deal, but when you purchase something you expect it to work properly (especially for the money you spend- fortunately I didn’t pay a ton) and it’s not like I was going to unassemble and return at that point unless it didn’t work at all, and I would have been livid. Would recommend trying to test that rising mechanism first, if possible. Overall, I am extremely happy with my desk. Highly recommend! ... show more

This fits perfectly in a little niche in my office with only about 1/2” of room on each side.I'm glad I found this!I love being able to have my computer set up front and center while then having an additional piece of surface space to take care of something else like paperwork without feeling cramped or having to move any of my tech. Assembly was straight forward with the included tool, It took a little shorter than I expected. The table is quality made and seems very sturdy. Overall, this desk is great quality for the price. I love that there are 4 memory buttons, which I've set for sitting and standing both with and without using my under desk elliptical (which raises me up a little). It moves up and down smoothly. They even included a couple stick-on cable ties for the desk's cords and under desk hooks for headphones or bags. Assembly was very easy. I was able to attach my Ikea monitor riser on top easily with just under 8" extra space on each side. I don't think I could have put my Alex drawers underneath and have the desk be at correct sitting height due to the mechanics under the desk. There are two cable holes in the desk top near the sides in the back. I wish it had some additional cable management under the desk but didn't expect it at this price. I also tried to set my computer tower on top but felt it was too big and heavy. The top is particle board, but looks very nice, except for a chip shown in my first picture. Not a huge problem, but it is damage on a brand new product and was disappointing. I will update my rating after hearing from Fezibo & seeing how they respond. Below is my experience with Amazon customer service. I reached out to Amazon customer service and it seems the policy on this product is only to return and replace it, not offer a partial refund for issues. Since I've already got the desk set up, I don't want to take it apart to return it or replace the top. The representative I spoke to yesterday was fine and offered what solutions he could. I got distracted & came back to the conversation today. This representative today asked questions I had already answered him, then displayed he did not understand or retain anything I had said. Multiple times, I said I do not want a replacement sent to me (even explained why) and when I finally got him to agree to reach out to the seller for my request (he wouldn't let me contact them myself), I asked what he would tell them. He said he was going to ask them to send me a replacement. 🤦 I had to again for a 3rd or 4th time tell him I don't want replacement. This was the most frustrating customer service experience I've had in a long time. The desk has a chip in it and I just wanted a small partial refund for the damage. Not to wastefully get an entire new desk shipped to me and have to disable and return this one. Also, despite it saying my chat was paused from yesterday, when I came back to continue the chat, the new rep could not seem to see the chat history or was too lazy to read it, causing me to start all over. ... show more

I didn’t know it was possible for a motorized sit stand desk to be this good at such a cheap price. I thought for sure it would be a piece of junk for $250. If you’re thinking about trying a standing desk, I think this is the one to start with. My only complaint is that the desk top comes in two pieces long ways meaning when you assemble it, there is a noticeable seam horizontally down the middle. Not only is it annoying to look at, but there’s no way to assemble to get it be perfectly flat, so you will feel it under a mousepad. ... show more
