I spent weeks searching for a bed frame that met my needs. One that looks sturdy, has a charging station, can accomodate a 16 inch thick materss without taking away all the headboard realestate, and a reasonable price. I did not want one with LED lighting. After spending weeks searching bed frames and reading reviews, I settled on this one. The only turn off was paying for shipping since free prime shipping was not available. When you factor in the total price, it is in line with other comparable bed frames. Im so glad I picked this one. Item arrived less than 48 hours after I placed my order, and that was very suprising. When I got my package, I realized that the outer packaging was damaged. I was able to see some of the internal parts and briefly paniced, but once I took everything out and examined it all, everything was undamaged. I might have used the instructions for the first few steps but the rest were mostly common sense. I dont think I was left stumped while reading the instructions. My adult daughter & I assembled this bed. It definitely is easier with 2 people but 1 determined person probably could do it. It's very sturdy & heavy once assembled. She loves having plugs easily accessible from the bed.

My 12 y.o. son love his bed frame! We had one little issue with the plug but after contacting the seller they shipped us a new one! Super nice company to deal with. Will definitely be ordering another frame from them for my other son when we get to doing his room.

Followed the directions and the bed went together super easily. Came with a ratcheting hex key that came in super useful. You definitely only want to loosely hand tighten everything at first and then once the bed is fully assembled you can go back through and fully tighten everything down. The outlet on top of the bed is great for charging your phone while laying in the middle of your bed and the outlet even takes a usb and usb type C. I move a lot when I sleep and sometimes if I have a noisy bed it will wake me up. However you can toss and turn all you want with this sturdy frame because it’s not going to make a single sound. The headboard is also soft yet firm. My only complaint is that I wish the bed came with storage options for my extra sheets ... show more

They sent this bed with the screws already tightened and I didn’t ask for them to do that. I tried Toto remove the screws and screws ended up getting damaged and would not come out. Now I can’t use the bed!!! Such a waste of time and money!!!! Took me 5 hours and still could not fix the bed. Save yourself and don’t buy it ... show more
