The amp came in perfect, working condition on time. The box was a little beat up, but no damage, not even any scratches were done to the amp itself, considering it was well-protected by a bunch of styrofoam. The amp is SUPER loud and picks up noise extremely well. I have the volume set at only 2 but even then the whole house can hear me playing lol. This amp is great for beginners, those on a budget, or those who just play as a hobby rather than professionally. This is THE Fender amplifier for small venue professionals, beginners, and intermediate players . I play it on volume level 3 and it blows my hair back (chuckles). I bought it to pair with my electric acoustic and my new Les Paul electric guitar. Amazing sound from such a small amplifier. I haven't needed to play it at loud volumes. But at volumes 1-6 this puppy roars. It's surprisingly crisp and clear. Love the driver switch. Works great with pedals. Definitely comparable to the brand Orange. I love Orange but you'd pay 3 times as much as this amount. I bought it on sale for $103 and even comes with $20 worth of picks. It’s a grate amp for a start, it’s got pretty ok tone and good distortion it just sometimes sounds grainy/drowned sound when I shouldn’t but it’s still very good for the price, pretty small, and had good settings to adjust for what you would need it to do as a beginner. Recommend

Great Amp, perfect for any beginners out there. Most $100 amps don't sound great, but this one does! I run it in my main rig, and it gets really loud! I also use it for home practice, where it can be turned down but still decently loud. With Christmas coming soon, I would recommend this to any guitarist wanting a decent amp. ... show more
