  • Compact and powerful
The media could not be loaded. Really happy with this Bluetooth and turntable combo! I’m using this in my office on my bookshelf, which has a 16 inch space between shelves leaving the max height of this open at 15. It works perfect. The speaker wires are long enough. I can set them up far away from the turntable. And everything was shipped really well no scratches. It looked perfect. The subwoofers are fairly powerful for single room. This is great. I hope this review and photos are helpful. ... show more

  • Nostalgic
I remember my grandmother had a record player with a ton of old records. She would listen to those records every weekend, so I grew up seeing these things in constant action. 30+ years later, record players are back in style. I must admit that this record player looks great. It has the old antique like look with the wood grain and has the quality that modern times have made possible. Records sound amazing on this. I filled the rooms with the sounds of old Christmas records over the holidays. The small speakers actually make a lot of quality noise for their size. The record player also has a Bluetooth connection which I doubt I would ever use but it’s nice to have that option. You have the option for 33 rpm and 45rpm for all the records old or new. This looks great in a room and adds sophistication and nostalgia to a home. ... show more

  • Quite classy deck with a few top-end features
This is an interesting concept: a vinyl-playing record deck with its own amp. If you’re looking to get (back) into vinyl, you should take a look at this. PROS + Looks good, wood-grain vinyl finish with black hardware. + Very simple record playing: select 33rpm (or 45rpm for singles), place record on the platter, lift arm (using the little lever) and place of start track, of whichever you want to listen to, press the > Play button, lower arm (carefully). Voila! + The small bookshelf-sized speakers provided are quite good. They are bass-reflex (ie., vented) with the vent being behind the tweeter which is a little unsual, it’s usually located behind or below the woofer. They sound ok and will tolerate full volume (from the deck itself which is rated at 35w), without noticeable distortion. They are two way speakers (tweeter and woofer/midrange) so I assume there’s a crossover inside. Can’t tell what the crossover frequency is without doing some experiments. + Heavy platter. This is as it should be since it helps to keep the rotation speed stable. It’s a belt drive turntable, not direct drive. The weight does mean it takes a moment to come up to speed. + Very nice tone arm with counterweight and anti-skating pulley. Used to only see these on higher-end turntables. + Excellent AT cartridge. I used this brand in my earlier audiophile days. + Simple-as-can-be controls: Mode, play/stop, speed, and a rotary volume control + Very easy BT. Switch on, switch mode until BT light flashing, connect to “Turntable” on your iPhone, iPad, or other device and there you go. Does a decent job of playing from my iPhone + Alternative wiring: instead of using the built-in amp (and speakers), you can use the Phono Line Out RCA plugs to connect to a regular amp/receiver and connected speakers. Also has a USB output for recording from vinyl directly to your computer. The manual shows where to get the software for this but the package also has a CD to install from, assuming your computer still has one of these readers. CONS (-), MEHS (o), WHATS (?) - You can’t play your old 78rpm shellac LPs on it. Sorry. :-( - It’s advertised as “wooden” but it’s not actual wood. The wood-grain vinyl does look nice though so who cares? ? Not sure who this product is aimed at. You can get a pretty decent turntable (deck only, no amp) for the same price so I don’t see this appealing to the audiophile who spends $$$ on equipment—probably wouldn’t be satisfied with the basic power/quality/tone management anyway. - No tone controls on the deck. If feeding through an amp/receiver, there will be tone controls or equalizer on that device. As a stand-alone deck/amp what you get from the record is what you get. Not bad, but you can’t crank up the bass. SUMMARY This will appeal to someone who wants a really simple way to play vinyl at low-to-medium volumes with the option of feeding a BT signal through from iPad or iPhone and an option to connect to a full stereo system. Will also appeal to someone who wants to convert vinyl recordings to digital (.WAV or .MP3). This is what I’m using it for. I am sampling from some way-old records for processing through my MIDI DAW which it does well. A tad pricey for what you get but good equipment and very functional. ... show more

  • Works well, sound quality is good. A little hard to understand.
The instructions were hard to understand, I am still learning the buttons and what they are for. It can play both 45 and 33 records! It does not automatically return to the side when the album is finished like most that I had and have had in the past. Was packaged well and nothing was broken or scratched. It has an automatic shut down after so much time, which is nice. I will be getting out the instructions to learn about some of the features, but so far I really love the unit and have used it for many hours. ... show more

  • This is a very nice turntable
This turntable works perfect, love to listen to my old vinyl records and this allows me to bring my LP to my PC, very nice. The speakers sound great and I have other Bluetooth speakers as well that I play through.

  • Great set
This is a very good record player. I love that it has speakers. I also love that it has blue tooth capability. It looks very pretty and cool all set up on my dresser. I get lots of compliments and people wanting to know where I got it.
