Just don't. It's cheap and junky. Feed dog adjustment arrived broken; needle position adjuster is stuck i the left side position so needle cannot center anymore. Presser foot is murder to operate and you must put all your weight down on it to get it to start, then it starts 1,000 miles an hour running over your fingers and ruining your delicate projects. Unlike older machines you cannot replace presser foot, this one is some stupid computer chip thing. Today the whole machine just died mid-seam, just mid straight stitch on cotton fabric. Not jammed, not stuck, threaded correctly, blew out lint and dust and took apart and put together again STILL COMPLETELY DEAD. Nothing works but the light that WILL NOT STOP FLASHING. Of course I am about 10 days past the return window. This really sucks to lose so much money to cheap China craftsmanship. Seller if you read this, please reach out and let me return this thing, I am very unhappy. First I bought it on Prime Day and you charged me full price instead of the sale-price, then you refunded only HALF of what you over priced me. You have been a very, very, very bad person to do business with and you sell really bad stuff after you scam us out of money. I'm just so disgusted with you and your product. ... show more

It was so easy to thread the bobbin and the top thread, very easy to control needle speed and the machine is very powerful, went through six layers of light canvas. Not having anything to compare to I give it five stars

I've been sewing since I was 6yrs old, and this machine is a truly no-fuss, non-sensitive, work-horse sewing machine. I absolutely love it. It's not loud; the motor is heavy duty and so is the frame....the housing is heavy duty plastic, but the motor inside is like a Cadillac. The first thing I checked on this machine was the shank size....AND IT'S A LOW SHANK! This means that its standard to machines that go back DECADES, and all the amazing sewing feet I've accumulated FIT....bobbins too! So practical! Sewing feet can get very expensive, and this feature is great, imo. It also comes with some feet...a standard foot; zipper foot; button-holer foot; and a foot that sews on buttons. VERY nice start if you're a beginner. I really like the stitch it makes; it sews a continuous line instead of a broken line of defined stitches (stitches that resemble hand-stitching). It startled me at first to see the continuous line, and I thought maybe the tension was off (I don't like dealing with the tension). I was delighted to see that this is the machine's actual standard stitch, and setting the tension isn't an act of congress. YAY! It comes with 33 decorative stitches, and they are so easy to use I didn't even have to look at the manual. They're divided into 3 groups of 11 stitches on the front of the machine, and color coded. The "choice" knob is color coded. I simply chose the stitch I wanted, and turned the "choice" knob to the selected color code.....and I created beautiful embroidery looking stitches!! SUPER EASY. There's a width dial on top of the machine to choose how wide or narrow I want my decorative stitches. Another YAY! Threading the machine is super easy too.....the machine itself has NUMBERS 1-7 engraved on it, and you simply follow the numbers (like a little map!). No digging out the manual for instructions each time. And speaking of threading..... .....it has a built in NEEDLE THREADER....and it really works! I've never used one before, so I had to follow the simple instructions step by step (like, 3 steps, Lol) and it took me two tries of bumbling. Once it happened, I fell in love. Lol! It's super easy. The instruction manual is so easy to read and follow, with diagrams for each. There's so many more features that I can't even cover it all here, but the ones I've hit on are my faves. I didn't see anything in the manual about oiling the machine, so I'm assuming this is a permanently greased machine that never needs oiling. Such a fine quality, top notch sewing machine. This FEIYUE FYe350 Heavy Duty Sewing Machine is a great machine for beginners and or people who sew every now and than. It has no bells and whistles. There are no computer components to it. It does not have any embroidery functions. All that said, it offers every thing you need to complete a major sewing project. The machine comes with a paper manual. It also comes with a computer disk which I imagine is a user manual. I no longer have a computer with a disk drive so I did not open it. There are how-to-use videos on YouTube. The machine is light weight and compact. It sews nicely and seems to have a pretty powerful motor. The machine is well labeled and easy to use. It has an automatic needle threader and this is the only feature that is not very good. It is kind of fussy and takes less time just to thread the needle yourself. The auto button hole maker is good and works nicely. Easy to do. It comes with 7 bobbins, numerous attachments including a zipper foot and button hole foot. It also comes with 3 additional needles. They are size 14/90 which can be used on most fabrics. If you are going to sew with lighter or heavier fabric you will needle to invest in additional size needles.
