I have lost a total of 35lbs . I have a faja that i purchase here on Amazon 1 year ago size 2XL it was amazing I love her . But since I lost some pounds she’s to big for me so I decided to look for another new friend that can hug me tightly while exercising and hit my goal to get sling removed surgery. I came across this faja and after readying all the comments , I decided to order a size L . Because I notice it has 3 road of clips but. It’s too loose it’s like you don’t have a faja on ! I mean the point of wearing a faja it’s because you want to hold your belly or help with your back while working out . But this is just not tight ! Material is not cheap but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR! alright! I will sujest order a size smaller . I’m returning mine ... show more

I have to return because it is too big to use, had surgery and constantly losing weight due to swelling going down. I said pretty good because where you close it in the middle leaves deep imprints on your body for me that isn’t good because I just had surgery so my skin is sensitive

This is my 1st time ever trying a waist trainer, I am 43. I should have invested in one of these years ago. The 1st time I used it, It really improved my posture. However over the week I've used it, it has taken shape to my body. Which isn't bad but I feel like its not as firm as when I got it. What I love about it is that it snatches my waist line so much. This waist trainer is great because I have a longer torso. It fits well and I can wear it all day and it’s still effective. It’s got great elasticity and the rods really keep it from rolling through out the day.

Definitely wasn’t a fan of this waist trainer. It fit me great, but the quality was poor. It wasn’t giving enough support towards my back as it should’ve considering its full back support in the photos. This product was just not it for me. The wires it has in it to help you keep a nice shape are cheap. It bends on you. It just won’t help you get the figure look you’re looking for. Wouldn’t recommend at all. AMAZING, I’m 5’7 pretty tall for a female, I ordered size S and wasn’t sure on if it’d be wrong size to get. HOWEVER I recommended if you usually get size medium and it always ends up to lose to fit go for a size below when it come to this brand!!
