I am on day 5 of wearing this waist trainer and it tucks and smoothes your belly. I have tried other waist trainers and this one is the best for wearing under clothes. It is very long, which is great for coverage. The 2 straps for adjustment are great. I have had other waist trainers where they fit in your waist but aren't long enough or too loose at the top. I am 5'6 220lb (not a small belly) My only flaw is that it could use stronger boning/ support rods. I don't have as much support as others but still much better than without. It does stretch a bit after you break it in, It also shrinks back to normal size a "little" after hand washing it in hot water and soap which made it feel new again when cleaned.. Easy to Wash and hang dry . Just buy it. If it is too big or small initially, return it like I did..keep in mind it stretches after a few good wears . ... show more

You will sweat a lot in this trainer. However, it’s not as forming as I wanted. It also scrunches in the middle of my back no matter how much I stretch it out, pull it up or pull it down and it’s hurts like crazy.
