This is a great set for anyone getting into drumming. Setup is quick and easy, it’s pretty much just plug and play. The size is good for a smaller person, but I used it and I’m 6’3. For what you get, the value is awesome. There are a bunch of different kit sounds and it’s preprogrammed with ten generic songs to play along with. This is an excellent starter kit for beginning drummers. It’s fairly easy to set up and start playing. I haven't had the chance to try out many of the features, but have played around with the preset drum kits and they all sound good. The pads are strike sensitive and respond well to how hard they’re hit. My son has enjoyed playing along to the preset songs installed. And we’ve had fun connecting the phone via Bluetooth and playing along to songs. Cons: The set may be a bit small for a large adult. I’m 6’1” and it feels just a little cramped and low. The size is PERFECT for a younger/smaller drummer however. Also if you are drumming at a very high bpm, it doesn't seem to be able to register each strike fully. Again, not a problem for beginners. While you can connect your phone via bluetooth, There doesn't seem to be a way to output the sound via bluetooth to a bluetooth speaker, which would be a really nice feature. The instructions are not helpful in setting this up, if it is possible. As of now, I have it hooked up to an external speaker via stereo output. Overall, I would definitely recommend. I bought this for my son for Xmas. He was so excited! Within a few weeks the module which everything is plugged into broke. I ordered a replacement, which they sent, but then the high hat and clash symbol stopped working. My son is devastated. He's been wanting a drumset for years and I finally saved up enough to get him one and this happens. I'm beyond disappointed. ... show more

My son received this drum set for Christmas. He was so excited and loved using it at first. After a few days it has completely stopped working and won’t power on. Great drum set! Bought it for my 11 year old son. Easy to setup-He was able to set it up with very little help in about 30 minutes. Once set up we found the sound to be great and the controls easy to figure out. There are lots of options. Unfortunately the base pedal was not working at first. The company was amazing when I reached out for support. They helped me trouble shoot and were very responsive. I connected with them via phone, Facebook and email - all of which where responded to. They sent me a replacement part and when that did not work they sent a new set! While waiting for the set to be fixed my son figured out how to change the sound on the individual drums and adjusted tom 4 to sound like a bass so he could still make some use of it. the new set has worked perfectly! Really great company, glad we just reached out rather than returning. Thank you to everyone at Fesley who helped us! ... show more
