For us the delivery was weird. It was predicted to be delivered on June 18th. On June 15th we got the delivery. Until my husband noticed on the side of the box it has the #/7 on them. We were missing 2 boxes. 2/7 and 3/7. We kept everything concealed until we decided to pull the trigger on asking for return or replacement. We randomly decided to see if the rest would magically be delivered on the original estimated delivery date (June 18th) despite Amazon saying the order was already delivered. SO HAPPY WE WAITED because they did in fact show up on June 18th and we were happily able to assemble this lovely couch! ] This couch is PERFECT for our small home. Gives us options and flexibility. Easy to assemble (once you find the instructions), and comfortable. I love the corduroy material. The only thing I'd want different is the height of the backing to be a bit taller.     • It’s actually a really great couch, despite misleading measurements
We got the oversized u-shaped one and are pretty happy with the purchase. Easy to put together and each to move around (even on carpet) to meet different needs. It’s going to be great for hosting. The only issue we have is that we wanted a deep sofa and we’re looking for the cushion length to be 30” deep, which in the measurements for this seemed to work… but it did not indicate that measurement was without the back rests, because pictured it has the back rests. So it’s a standard depth sofa, please keep that in mind. We took a chance and kind of regret it because we’ll probably still look for a deeper sofa in a few years now. ... show more

I was hesitant on buying this couch at first because it’s online and I couldn’t physically get a feel for the couch before buying. But my oh my this couch was so easy to put together, it’s so cute, the fabric is so soft and the cusions are comfy. The back cushions are a little on the firmer side but none the less this couch is very comfy! My family loves this couch especially when we do movies nights since we can move the couch into a square. Revising this down to one star. Less than a month of owning it and the cushions are bottoming out and worn down to the point of being uncomfortable. Overall the couch isn’t bad, but it isn’t good either. The cushions are very very (too) firm, but they have already started breaking down after two weeks of use and I live alone. There is also the issue of measurements being misleading. The couch is 30in deep WITHOUT the back cushion. This means with the back cushion it’s a pretty shallow couch. I am 5’11 and 185lbs and it feels small to me. I doubt there will be any type of longevity out of this couch. I will be surprised if this hold up to a year’s use. This wouldn’t be a bad purchase if it were to be in a bonus room or finished basement where it wasn’t used regularly. Not to mention CEVA logistics is a total nightmare, and they’ll handle your delivery. Beyond that there were several imperfections in the couch that are plainly obvious yet it still passed QC. The product itself is really nice. Easy to put together and comfy. However, the shipping was absolutely awful, which is why I lowered my rating. It took almost a whole month to receive my product. The item was shipped through CEVA. The delivery date Amazon gave me was incorrect. I ended up having to call CEVA (worst customer service ever) and they told me another 3rd party would be delivering and that I had to call them to schedule a delivery date. I wonder if I hadn’t of called if they would have told me that? The 3rd party ended up having to do 2 separate deliveries to get all the boxes. And they only gave me a 15 minute notice both times that they were delivering. I ended up having to take multiple days off work due to the poor communication for shipping. ... show more

I’m a 5’0 woman and I put this couch together by myself very easily. The most strenuous part of this was opening up all the boxes and getting the pieces out. The legs seem sturdy and are really cute.     • Slides too much!!!!!!
This sectional sofa is comfy and soft but it slides way too much with movement despite being on a rug and we repeatedly have to reattach, which gets annoying. We ordered rubber couch sectional connectors to see if this helps. My hubby hates them and is considering buying new ones.
