I really like this product! It was delivered quicker than I expected, and came nicely packaged. It came with the 6 different brush heads, the extended handle, and a velvet bag to store the brush in. The head of the brush DOES spin, which really helps clean makeup and debris out of your skin. They're two different speeds for the brush, but it does not spin very fast. Personally that doesn't bother me because I have very sensitive skin and can't use anything harsh or abrasive. The main brush head it comes with is very very soft and works well! It didn't irritate my skin. Overall I'd reccomend this product for anyone that doesn't want to spend a ton of money for an electronic face brush but still want a good product that works! An added bonus from this product is the customer service, I received a personal email letting me know they were getting my order ready which reallly surprised me! I've never gotten an email from the actual company thanking me for buying their product and letting me know that if I had any problems to let them know. Seems to be a very respectable company and I plan to purchase more from them in the future! ... show more

i really like the brush. i have used it about four or five times since purchasing it and it works great! i love the packaging and the color really is adorable without being too girly, so i would definitely consider this a unisex face brush. it has very soft bristles on the face brush for people who have sensitive skin. the body brush is very dense and a bit stiffer but comfortable to use. it is a great value for the price, especially with all the different attachments included. i've used it in the shower and it still works great so i guess it is safe to say it's "waterproof" i did pay MORE for a face brush of a different brand where i actually got less attachments included, so this was great. i posted a link at the bottom for anyone who would like to see the brush/attachments. if there is anything i would consider a con about the product is the fact that batteries are not included.i do wish more companies would start including batteries more often so the product works out of box. finally, this is actually NOT a con but a suggestion, i do hope the company plans on adding more colors especially since the holidays are coming up. it would be nice to give these as stocking stuffers and have everyones be a different color. Opened the package and was pleasently suprised it was made with good material, the brushes facial and body and super smooth, soft and get the job done. It comes with a nice storing bag and extention handle too. I really like the handle extenstion for getting areas of my back and thighs with the body brush. This product makes my skin feel great, although wish they had a natural bristle attachment for the face and body brush. If they sent me a natural bristle brush attachment for it that is just as smooth as the brushes that come with it I would review that for ya! The only flaw so far it the foam padding attachment for more abrasive applications causes Friction in the motor and it looses speed even when hardly applying to the face with minimal pressure (I used it with a product like the Manual recomends). This definitely helps keep my face smooth and minimizes facial imperfections. You still have to do regular make up routine of cleaning face using a makeup primer to prevent pores from getting clogged and making sure to take your makeup off before bed! Wow!! This brush is marvelous. With the handle extender, I can finally get my back scrubbed. I love it! You don't have to press hard, you just let the brush work, it gets rid of all the dead skin and let's the new skin shine through. The different heads that you can put on the brush are wonderful. With the pumice stone head and the long handle I can give myself a foot treatment to make my feet soft, it's very nice. With the sponge head I can massage my legs with Argan Oil and it feels really really good. I can't say enough good things about this brush. People were talking about it not having enough power, I think they must have been doing it wrong. You don't press hard, you let the brush do its work. It doesn't need pressure, a lighter touch really works well. My skin looks rejuvenated what more can I say. ... show more

It's my mistake that the product isn't exactly what I want. Be aware that the body brush might not exfoliate the way I hoped it would. The handle makes it very easy to use as a shower product. Unfortunately, my pumice fell off immediately. I contacted the seller, who sent me an entirely new product at no cost. Customer service clearly means a lot to this company and I appreciate the care I was shown. (5+ stars for customer service.) I don't have problem skin, but it looks to me that this is a great product for those that might. March 30 Update: Amazingly, my replacement product arrived just one day after Fancii said they'd send a new one. That's really good customer service. I was a little nervous about buying this brush instead of the more expensive ones . Normally the cheaper ones are not that great of quality but i was very surprised . I chose to purchase after reading the reviews and i am very pleased with my results . I have oily to dry skin , i was starting to get dark marks from ingrown hairs and my skin was just changing in a way that I’ve never seen it do . I started washing my face with 100% black soap , using witch hazel as a toner and using this brush and also moisturizing with coconut oil . I LOVE THIS BRUSH ! After only 3 uses i see the difference in my skin , it’s getting back to flawless . All of the heads for the brush are very useful and effective . I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a great brush for a great price . Plus it came with a cute black travel bag for the brush and heads . ... show more
