These serving dishes mesh with our decor wonderfully. They arrive well-packed, nested in high-quality foam. As others have noted they can have minor imperfections in the glaze and may not lay perfectly flat, but these are insignificant from my perspective. A tablecloth of any thickness or trivet addresses any wobble and dots in the glaze will be hidden under food. I can't speak to the other colors but the blue is a keeper. Easy recommend. ... show more

This is a set of three ceramic serving platters, with each one slightly smaller than the next. The dimensions are approximately 13 in 14 in and 15 in, with an oval shape. The color is very nice, almost like an off-white, with a textural design that adds a little bit of character. The one thing I'm not real thrilled with is the band of color around the rim of each platter. It is not symmetrical. I'm sure that's a design choice but in all honesty it just looks like somebody didn't finish painting it. It doesn't detract from the function though, so willing to overlook it. These would be great for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner or even just putting out snacks on game night. They are good quality and quite heavy. These are dishwasher safe, although I usually hand wash my platters. A set of good quality heavy platters at a decent price. These would make an excellent housewarming gift. ... show more

Nice and heavy. These will work great for serving most anything from cheese cubes at a wine and cheese party to cookies for the grandkids at holiday times. Three sizes so there is always one that will work and not look either overloaded or empty. I know these are factory made in large lots but like that there are enough "imperfections" to give them an artsy, one off feel.
