I gave it 5 stars for solid quality and its practical functions. Normally I’d go for a more decorative tray item in my home. Esthetic speaking it doesn’t impress me , but from the prospective of a caddy or console it’s very functional and drinks won’t spill or tip. The item is solid in this regard. It’s also easier to have everything at my fingertips like phone, eye glasses , medications, remotes, water bottle , a mug of coffee, tea or soup and the rotating phone stand could be handy for watching long videos, TV shows etc. wish the phone could angle back slightly when standing horizontally on full screen mode. If the block of wood was more like an easel the view would be better. Otherwise the phone seems to tilt slightly forward on the current stand which is odd for the viewer. The thick phone cover may cause that tilt . It’s nice to have my daily items all rounded up . I move it back in forth between my bed at night and sofa during the day . I do enjoy having my morning cup of coffee right next to me on my sectional. . I had been using a C table for that purpose , but even with its small footprint it took up extra space and got knocked over occasionally since I’d was light weight and a bit wobbly on the rug. Also, the silicone liner on the console keeps things steady along with the depth of each compartment. If you were to bounce or land hard next to it nothing would tip, leak or be disturbed . I like sitting back on the couch when binging a series on streaming, and this helps to kick back and relax while doing so when you can't sit at one of the ends. However, I noticed that the silicone tends to trap moisture on cold drink cups, so I had to pick up coasters to avoid getting dripped on while leaning back and taking a nice drink of ice cold water.
