Our current RV does not have cup holders molded into the sofa recliner arms like our previous one did and there’s no room for an end table or coffee table. I couldn’t believe how much I missed that small convenience. We kept knocking over glasses of water when they were placed on the floor and there was no secure place for my phone. It kept sliding off the couch arm and clunking to the floor. So, I immediately turned to Amazon to solve the problem. I first tried another clip on table with a drink holder attached, but it was too large and long for my couch arm. Then I found this Sinwant Sofa Armrest tray with rotating phone holder and it was PERFECT. It fits my 6” wide sofa arm perfectly and the cutouts on the clip on sides still allow me to operate the “recline” buttons which are located on the inside of the couch arm. The phone holder keeps my phone handy, but out of the way without taking up any extra space. My only concern initially was that there wasn’t a built in drink holder, but I found that I really didn’t need one. I simply placed a rubber “coaster” on the table to set my glass on and it doesn’t move an inch. The rubber coaster also prevents any water or sweat marks on the wood. In fact, this little Sinwant clip on table works so well, I bought a second one for my husband and am considering a third to keep on hand for another couch when we have guests. The Sinwant tray is very well made. It features strong hinges on the sides as well as a non slip gripper fabric that ensures the table stays secure on the arm of your sofa. (I guess if you knocked against the table with force, the tray could conceivably slip, but that is the case with any table of this sort, and has not happened to me even when my small dogs jump all over me.) The tray also stays in place with no problem even when the seats recline. There’s room, of course, for my phone, a large cup or glass and a small, lunch size plate or bowl. Mine has a beautiful black finish that goes with my furnishings like it was custom made for it. I really can’t think of any negatives and would highly recommend! ... show more

Fits well, even on the wide arm of my loveseat recliner. Takes a little wrist strength to open hinges but well worth it for the convenience. Wish groove for holding electronic device was a little wider to accommodate devices with cover.

It's a table that fits on the arm of your chair or couch. I have it on the arm of my chair which is 9 inches wide, this table fits great, the hinges on the legs are strong and the grippy part on the legs and under the table work great at making the table unable to shift. It is big enough to fit a dinner plate but not a dinner plate and a cup at the same time. My phone in its case does fit in the phone holder but I honestly will probably never use that part as it's not needed for me. ... show more

I purchased this cause my child often has an afternoon snack while sitting down, and I refused to have another item spill on the couch accidentally. It's very sturdy, and holds on well to the couch arm. I would not have a child handle it, cause the bottom pieces snap back pretty quickly once removed from the couch and you don't want little fingers getting caught in there. Easy to clean, and most devices fit into the little wooden slot attached at the top (but you must remove any protective cover if say, you have an iPad as the slot is only big enough for the slim device). ... show more
