I got this product because it came highly recommended as a way to prevent lice coming home from school. I started using it on my hair as well as my daughter's. It smells like tea tree with some rosemary and it has a hairspray- like texture once applied. Be careful with the spray as it can clog.

FYI this is heard spray not detangling spray. Thought I purchased by regular detangling spray but after I sprayed my daughters hair for school today I re read the bottle. oops, sure works good and has a strong hold 😉 but does not detangle hair

I liked the idea of using these products that have organic herbs and natural plants in them without any harsh ingredients so I bought the hairspray, conditioning spray, and gel for family use as a trial. I think it great to use the products on days of hiking, trail riding, or fishing as the combining of products is an alternative to buy sprays. The downside to using them for everyday use is that the hairspray bottle and the conditioning spray bottle look exactly the same and a few times I've accidentally grabbed the wrong bottle regretfully. If you put the hairspray in hair when wet, might as well jump right back in shower as it is super sticky and there is no combing it out. If you accidentally spray the conditioning spray on finished hair, might as well get the dryer out as its a bit oily. Sometimes the spray will clog up and squirt a stream into one area rather than a spray, and it will be super sticky in that area. It doesn't help putting the top under warm running water as you still need to pump out the stream so might as well pump it into sink until it sprays like a hair spray again. It works like a hair spray but more like a combination of gel/conditioner as a hairspray, if that makes sense. It is pliable yet you don't want to run your fingers through hair or brush after using it because of the stickiness. I think it is best for pulled back hair styles to spray hair in place rather than for volume. Despite that, I like it and will continue using it when working out, outdoor adventures, or when pulling hair back.

I have a serious issue with my younger children catching lice. I have been fighting off lice for years, since my 19-year-old was seven or eight. Every time I get their hair clean of lice, it’s only a short time before they have it again and I have no idea where it keeps coming from. I bought this entire hair care line to try and prevent them from getting it going forward (after treating their hair again for the millionth time) but it’s still a problem. The scent is nice, it does wash their hair well, and I love that the bottles are a value size, but it doesn’t repel the lice like it says it does and that was the main reason I bought this entire line or repel products.. I would give it 5 stars if it did what it is intended for. And it makes my kids hair very crunchy and hard. I don’t know how lice could survive that…

After the second year in a row of my daughter getting lice from school, I finally wised up and searched amazon for repellant products, I was happy to see that they had so many, I make sure to spray her hair daily with this, I also emailed her teacher requesting that they maybe send out a new letter letting other parents know about the repellant products, I got another brand of shampoo and leave in conditioner for lice repellant, but this brand was the only one that had the hair spray and I figured she needed that as extra protection, I was happy to see that It was so affordable and came in a two pack. I will be recommending these products to other parents, the last time she got it which was a couple of weeks ago she gave it to me and that was no fun I would rather pay for repellent then go through that again, if these products keep her from getting it, I will use them on her until she is out of school! She has long thick hair and lice is no fun!! Don't really care for the smell but I would rather put up with that then lice! and my daughter doesn't complain about the smell I think she feels the same way! I love that you can search amazon and find just about anything!!!
