The Coat comes partially vacuum sealed so it's a little flat when you first open the box. The zippers aren't heavy duty and look like they either get stuck or will fall off. With that said, it's a very cute coat. Keeps you very warm, however I'm not sure how it'll do in the snow. It's made with White Duck Down so it's super soft and once you have it out of the box, it'll poof up a bit. The inside of the hood is white wool, there's this very strange lining inside the coat, I got the Merlot color and inside is this neon orange liner and it just makes me shake my head. Other than that, it probably weighs over 20 pounds so that's how you know it's thick. I gave it 4 stars because it's a very nice coat, but the off-color lining, plus the flimsy zippers makes it not worth the price tag, SO happy I got this on sale! ... show more

Here’s my verdict: This is just an average coat, material is ok, I have a Similar higher brand by Sam Edelman which is now on sale on Nordstrom for just $97 also a superior quality so definitely can tell the difference. I don’t think it’s worth the price & I only purchased this coat bcz I got 20% discount code from a YouTuber. I do like the contrast interior but the orange lining is a bit cheap which explains why some have complained of quality control & seams ripping apart. Here’s my real issue: I’m 5’3, 34A, wear US 4 & 125 lb got my regular size Small based on the reviews but personally I find it to be slightly snug, here’s why... obviously this is definitely based on Asian Sizing... which tends to run smaller then US sizing. I’m no means hippy or thick person even though I’d consider my shape not straight but the bottom where the coat ends which hits my lower thigh area was snug. I have to unzip the sides to move more comfortably. I also had to unbutton the top chest area for a loser fit. The extra features is appreciated to adjust the sizing fit. I probably could have sized up to the Medium for a more oversized fit which is more my preference. My other issue is the double zipper. Here’s the thing... if you don’t line it correctly & push it all the way through until you hear the “click” no matter how hard one tries that zipper will not move or zip up. So make sure to do it correctly. It will take a few practice. It’s not a malfunction or broken zip, it’s just the way most cheap double zipper work... if one don’t like the double zip feature then I advise on the “Orolay” coat bcz its exact same product but has the one zip option. Just be prepared to pay an extra $40. The hype is definitely ridiculous! Yes it’s a cute coat, has nice multiple pockets, does keep warm but it’s just ok. I’m still on the fence about keeping this coat. The sizing is slightly misleading. This is my take. If your on the thin side, yes this would fit more true to size. But any average size or even robust women I highly recommend sizing up... good luck! Therefore, I gave it a three vs five stars. UPDATE: Decided to return it. I purchased a shorter version of the “IT” coat from Amazon Seller’s Ybenlow & Misassy. It’s cuter & better quality in my opinion. I purchased the White & Green. Check it out! ... show more

This is my "Amazon Coat" journey. I purchased the Orolay coat because it looked as if it was the coat I waned and it was too small. I then looked online and found that the original "Amazon Coat" was distributed by Fadshow. I ordered that coat from Amazon in an extra large, it came and was the Artter coat that I wanted. All is good except it . is way to big. I figure the Artter coat runs big and order the coat again in a large. The coat comes and it is a Shanghei Bund coat and rather than an Artter coat. I was sent a XL rather than a large and it was so small I could not get it on . Now I order another coat in a large thinking to get the Artter coat. Hooray it came and it was great. It does run big so after returning the first three I order another Fadshow coat in a medium as I thought it should fit well. It came today and is too small and not the Artter coat at all but labeled Fadshow. So not I have ordered the same coat four times and have gotten different "brands" each time. Also be aware the quality it differed by brand with Artter being the bes.t What to do? Try again or forget the whole thing.? Well I went ahead and exchanged the large for a medium. It came and was the Artter coat I wanted. It is perfect. Fits well and I love it. It was quite a journey but all is well. Thanks to Amazon's patience and my not giving up I received the coat I wanted. ... show more
