Our snap curtain hooks are made of stainless steel that are durable and sturdy. This hook can be inserted onto the loop of a ring or the actual ring itself. The hook is 1 inch in length and 3/8 inch in width at the widest point.
  • The stainless steel curtain clip hook attaches to the D ring. Our wands are designed very well with a strong stainless D ring attached to the wand. The D ring is 3/4 inches long and 5/8 inches wide. The D ring that attaches to the acrylic rod is very secure and practical.
  • The total size of the clip/snap hook and the D ring is 1 3/4 inches in length total. It is designed with a unique shape that offers great support and movement for the wand as you move it back and forth. The total weight of each individual wand is 4.6 oz.
  • The universal acrylic baton is not only beautiful but sturdy. This curtain wand will protect your drapes. There is no need to touch your drapes so that your white, silk, or sheer curtains won't rip, tear, or get dirty. Your fabric will last longer. Please note the hook is tight so it holds well on the loop of the ring or the ring itself. You may need to use pliers to open the hook and attach it to the ring. Do not hook on fabric itself. Does not hook onto drapes with grommets sewn in.

    • Good for narrower drapes but don’t work well for picture window widths.
I have grommeted drapery-weight curtains throughout my house and I thought I would get these two help with opening and closing them. First of all, the clips are very small and were really difficult to slip over the edges of the grommets. Once they’re on, they hold very tightly, but I have found that with very large curtains covering picture windows, opening the drapes up in the morning with the rods works well but closing them in the evening requires me pulling them by hand about halfway and then using the ride to complete closing them, which kind of defeats the purpose. I guess these drapes are just too heavy for this function, though the rods themselves very sturdy and don’t seem like they’re going to bend or break. They seem to work very well with the narrower drapes, and they do stay out of the way and are not visible from the room. ... show more

These are super thick and rigid, not flimsy. They are unseen behind the curtain until we need to close them, and are easy to reach at this length. Great for keeping our white curtains clean!

    • Super nice looking wands
Very solid and sturdy wands, problem for me is the clip to attach the wand to the grommet is too small to attach. So I am looking for slightly larger clips.

This is a sturdy, well made drapery wand. It is heavy and has good length to it. Unfortunately, it did not suit my needs and I returned them.

    • Clips very hard to open
The clips were VERY hard to open. I had to use pliers to pinch them open in order to insert the clip ring. I ruined every clip in order to open it wide enough to insert the ring. I don't recommend these if the clip is going to be visible.
