  • Very functional DC power bank
Great power density- 150-205wh, for the size. I'm using to power a DC starlink system and it will run my system for 4-5 hours on battery, or like 12 hours with solar charging. This can charge from solar and discharge from USB-C or cigarette outlet at the same time, very nice. Measured capacity was 155watt-hours at 8amps, and 205watt-hours at 3 amps. The electronics side does get pretty hot if charging and outputting at the same time but it kept working. The output is regulated at 14.5 volts which is nice. I tried the Armour Pro power bank, which is a similar concept, but it can't output DC the same time as charging, and the output voltage is 16.5v, way too high for some items asking for 12v. This unit has slightly less capacity but for a tiny solar-battery system it's awesome. ... show more

  • Neat little guy!!!
The media could not be loaded. I have to say that this is a needed device to have if your going to power a mobile fridge in your car, especially in very high heat. I like to have cold water on hand through out the day, the battery along with my fridge makes it possible not to have to stop by a store every time I would like a ice cold drink. The one con and it’s understandable, is that when it’s really hot the battery can drain down pretty quick, 4-5 hours. I get it, it’s working to keep my fridge cold. I can say, that when I added the insulation bag and park in the shade at my job. This thing will put out power through out a 8 hour work day. You just have to make sure you use the “eco mode” so that it doesn’t try to put out to much power to fast. It does what it’s supposed to do. The price is reasonable being that I have power tools with smaller batteries that cost about the same. ... show more

  • A highly recommended cost effective power station.
The excellent F40C4TMP 220WH Battery is a powerful, compact, and easy-to-use power station. We have used it, with great results, to power the F40C4TMP Portable Refrigerator, and it keeps it at the set temperature for 6 hours or more. It has USB-A and USB-C ports to power up or recharge computers and other electronics when traveling in the car. The unit recharges via AC or DC power. The power station weighs just 3.3 pounds and is small enough to fit in any convenient spot in a vehicle. The LED light acts as a bright flashlight. It is an excellent full-featured product at a reasonable price. ... show more

  • Power up
Purchased 2 A necessity for the refrigerator... used for a month long camping road trip. I do recommend getting the battery for the over night stops in support of the refrigerator. I bought two batteries. Use them for the overnight stops. Battery does pass-through as you drive keeps battery charged and the refrigerator powered. Did charger on solar if you have the adapter to support such function Worth the investment nothing spoiled. ... show more

  • Works as expected, would recommend to others contextually
I bought this product for its size and battery capacity. I only use it as a 24/7 dashcam power cell as an alternative to hardwiring a 12v to the car battery and risk draining it. It works very well with my particular setup. I have a three-in-one 12v splitter going into my car’s only 12v socket with on/off buttons on it. I have the battery’s car charger hooked up to there so i can easily charge the battery when the engine is on if needed. The battery pack lasts 20-30 hours on one charge with an average 4 watt draw. (Battery on-time is 9 hours exactly…it will turn off after that point no matter what it’s doing. Click button once to turn back on and you have another 9 hours of on-time.) During charging the interface end of the battery can become warmer than some may prefer but I have personally witnessed its temperature safety shutoff in action for both too cold and too hot. If in a room temperature or cooler environment, it will NOT overheat by just charging. As for high-demand draw from the battery, I have no complaints considering the size of the battery. It’s meant to be easily carried and stored. Things this can be used for: -Camping (phone charger, flashlight, short term heating/cooling appliances (less than 2 hours). -Alternative power source for charging/powering devices in a car -Good all-around backup battery if you need to recharge any usb/12v compatible devices repeatedly throughout the day Not good for: -Laptops (it thinks the laptop is trying to charge the battery half the time in my experience) -refrigerators (under 3 hours of use even for my very small mini fridge) -out door use in warmer/hot climate (contextual: if you’re just charging phones or other USB devices, then no worries. Any draw above 30W will surely make it become too hot and shut down. Get yourself one with cooling fans, dedicated wall outlets, and 5 times the capacity. Always have more than you think you will need) Additional tips if you do buy it: -Charge with included cables, don’t bother using Type C, it’s too slow. -Fully drain and recharge at least once every 8-10 days for maintaining best battery life. -If kept car, be careful where you store it. I personally have wires going to/from the glovebox where it’s semi-permanently stored and have not experienced issues. Keep in a place not risky for spills or excessive high/low temps. -Do not charge battery until at room temp for battery life. Too hot and it might shut down, too cold and it wont charge correctly. Hope this was insightful to those who bother even reading this far. ... show more

  • Lasts about 2-3 hours on a 50-60W cooler
I bought it thinking my cooler was about 35 watts, it turned to be more towards 60 watts. I thought it would last 4-6 hours but actually now last 2-3 hours. I have two not the same brand and use them together, I get 5-6 hours out of them together. Charge back up to full in 3-4 hours on 120v.

  • Good for what is designed for.
I use this as a back up battery for a portable refrig/freezer in a camper. It does its job. Just keep in mind it is limited on how long it can power the fridge/freezer. To maximize battery life, I cool down the refrig/freezer on separate power and then put the refrig/freezer in eco mode. This way the battery can power the unit for 2-6 hours depending on outside temp and how often you open and close the refrig/freezer. With the price of power banks coming down, one needs to weigh the price of this compared to a 200w power bank that has more functionality and is priced the same or lower. One advantage to this battery is that one can put it in your pocket and carry it with you to the beach etc. to power your refrig/freezer. You can not do that with a power bank. ... show more
