The media could not be loaded. Originally I bought the atlas pro (belt drive) but it had a battery problem so I returned it and it took a month to get my money back. I guess that’s normal for any purchase over $2000. Exway on Amazon was out of stock so I ended up buying another one from another site. A few weeks later, Hinson from exway dm me and asked me to give them another chance and he will make sure that if there’s any problems that comes up he will make sure it will get taken care of. Even though I bought one already, I decided to also get the atlas pro gear. And I’m glad I did. I like the belt drive but I like the gear better. First and foremost, the four-wheel-drive system delivers unparalleled traction and stability, even on challenging terrains. Whether I’m cruising through city streets or tackling off-road trails, the Atlas Pro effortlessly powers through with ease. When I ride the first time, during the first 10km was nice easy ( I called baby mode) after that the monster awake. I have now 100 miles and I have to said atlas pro is on the top of the industry. After riding it and recharging it it stopped working in the middle of the street. The wheels bent and are out of balance. it shakes like crazy and then throws ESC LOST and shuts down immediately When it shuts off and your crossing the street it could get you killed. What is ESC LOST? That's the error it throws when it stops on you in the middle of the road. The manual says "ESC LOST, only happened to 4WD" What does that mean? ... show more

This round black ring is too easy to bend out of shape. Changing the tire for the first time. It’s 1/8” thick and goes inside the round metal frame. Can someone please tell me where I can find this part. I’ve been looking all over the internet and have not seen this item for sale.

The media could not be loaded. I've had two pretty good wrecks,pretty sure I broke my collar bone lol but I've never had to put a wrench on it !as a redneck I was suspect of anything coming from china having said that it's been awesome and easy to work on when I break it ❤️

I bought this after carefully searching and reading reviews of many off road boards. I wanted this to keep up with my dog on the back trails behind my house. To get to trails I have to go through the woods on a rough path with many tree roots. This skateboard is actually amazing. Zips right through the woods and into the soft dirt trails. I mean, this thing FLYS on rocky rugged dirt and soft unpacked dirt. I'm not small either, I weigh about 175 and it makes no difference. Keeps up with my dog great. I am having a little difficulty with the steering and I am experimenting now with loosening and tightening the trucks to find what works for me. It's going to take me a lot of practice to be able to go at top speed for extended stints, but it will happen. I highly recommend this board, worth every penny ... show more
