When I first received this I would have given it five stars. Unfortunately using it a once a week kneeling on it for 2 months the seat completely fell apart. There is a design flaw. They used the weakest crappiest piece of plywood I've ever seen. Every time you would kneel on it you would hear it crack and pop. This was the pieces of paper thin wood with hardly any glue bonding it breaking apart. Even the side screws holding that plywood together to the metal frame became loose and fell out. The steel frame excellent but this design flaw renders this item useless in no time ... show more

Just because it looks nicer than the other kneeling benches does not lessen its stability and purpose. I must admit that I ordered 2 benches because I was afraid that this one would not be as good as the plain looking knee benches. well I returned the other one only because of the desighn look. I plan to use it more often as a bench ouer than just for kneeling in the garden. I am considering getting a second one as a gift for my sister. I realy like and recomend it. ... show more
