Purchased six months ago, It's a great product! Yes, our flooring is made of luxury vinyl planks, and they can get scarred up from the wheels of an office chair. When I noticed that the wearing had begun, I purchased this mat. At first, keeping it from rolling back up out of the box was hard, but that's understandable. Easy to roll out. After several days of being in the room, The tight roll at the end flattened out. With high pile carpet. Your chair will most definitely stay in place.

Arrives rolled up TIGHT and a bit hard to unroll. I used a hairdryer blown down the length of it and in the center of the tube. But it dents wherever you’re sitting.
