    • Got PVC conduit under a sidewalk.
This auger is fairly sturdy and did the job of making a horizontal hole under a sidewalk where I ran electrical conduit. For my clay soil, the auger was almost too agressive. I had to keep it from drilling down instead of removing material. Still very happy with it.
