ONCE I FINALLY GET THIS PRODUCT SET UP, IT WAS FLATTENED BY MINOR WIND/RAIN STORM WE HAD. i STILL HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO FULLY CHECK TO SEE IF ANY DAMAGE WAS DONE TO MY POOL. HOPING TO GET TO THAT TODAY. tHIS IS APPARENTLY A COMMON THING WITH THIS PRODUCT, BECAUSE THE RODS ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH AND I SAW MANY REVIEW REPORTING SIMILAR ISSUES WITH IT COLLAPSING. i KNOW THE RODS, WERE RIPPED OUT OF THE GOLD CONNECTORS. uNTIL I CAN ACTUALLY SPEND LONG ENOUGH AND HAVE GOOD WEATHER TO GET ASSISTANCE IN DETACHING IT AND LOOK FOR FURTHER DAMAGE, I WONT KNOW THE EXTENT. First of all this is not compatible with american pools. it took me a while to assemble that thing in a way that it could work. After tweaking some things I got it to work. Unfortunately we had some thunderstorm and under the winds and water dome has collapsed. One of the sticks that holds the dome up has broken off. I was not offered replacement, refund nor part replacement. Item didnt last 3 months. Money in the toilet. Thank you very much for letting me just waste my hard earned money. We was happy with it at first, loved it even. But then we got a good wind and ripped seam.Husband taped it to semifix it then two other seams ripped . Just threw away $300+.

The clamps for the bracket that held the dome didn't fit the frame of my 15 ' pool. My husband bought bigger clamps because we didn't want the hassle of sending it back or dealing with the seller. He also had to widen the hole for the clamps so they would be able to secure the bracket to the pool. Cost about $100 extra in parts to get it to work. We got it up and so far it working OK.
