1) delivery as scheduled. 2) economical cost. 3) quality is just FINE - get what I paid for. replace a firmer cushion if you want - it's NOT a big deal. (people always complains - Keep in mind, get what you paid for.) 4) easy to put it together as 1, 2, 3 Other than the above. It's fine product.

This set isn’t at all what I wanted or expected. The assemble time wasn’t terrible but it arrived in a damaged box and pieces of rattan were broken off. I have to agree with Bonnie’s previous review about the cushions. A plus is that they are thicker than most cushions with this type of furniture but they move all the time and impossible to stabilize. They can’t be tied or secured to the frame. The back cushions will move significantly even when you are sitting on them. I’ve had several different sets and this one is definitely my least favorite. My suggestion is buy the complete love seat style with sides/arms. I hope this helps another customer to not be disappointed with their purchase. ... show more

I LOVE MY CHAIRS! Easy to assemble. Nice cushions. I left them in the rain twice and they air dried nicely and maintained their shape and comfort. The color is BOLD and makes my backyard flowers POP!! I'm ordering a second set!!
