I've bought three other brands in the past, and they are difficult to open, even tear when trying to open, and very fragile and thin. Wouldn't be great for an emergency situation. I was pleasantly surprised with these, though. They open very easily--no sticking together or tearing. They may be a tiny bit thicker than the others?
