I always like this shampoo. Just shipping it in a bag is not a good idea. Mine arrived with the pump broken. I apparently popped up then snapped off. Ship it in a box like the conditioner came in.

This is the worst shampoo I’ve ever bought. I had a similar issue with the cap not popping up and I had to get pliers to hold the two points in place to twist. The main issue is this product doesn’t clean very well and I can never get it all out of my hair. I have long thick straight hair and so at first when it happened I gave it the benefit of the doubt to user error. But every time I try to use it no later how long I wash it out I will have patches where there is still product in my hair. I haven’t had this issue with other shampoos so I just don’t understand. The smell is overwhelming for me and don’t care for it. I had also bought the spray first and I liked it but the bottle leaked everywhere every time I used it. I had to move it to another bottle.
