Just used this adapter on an overseas trip and it worked GREAT. Love the long cord - the only plug in the room was behind the bed, so the cord was perfect for being able to extend the platform to the bedside table. It was small enough that it didn't take up much room in my suitcase - but big enough to get all my items charged for next day use. The USB ports are a nice addition for my usual travel needs as well.     • Easy to use and convenient and a reasonable price
I wanted a foreign adapter that had a long cord to make it easier to work from the hotel in Sweden in which I'd be staying. My typical road work set-up is a laptop along with a portable monitor. The portable monitor power cord is fairly short and often is not long enough to reach the power outlet as power outlets are typically towards the floor. I have taken this to Germany twice, once to Landstuhl and Frankfurt 2022 and once to Ingolstadt and Munich in 2023. Worked great to charge iPhone XR, iPhone 11 Pro, Bose QC35 headphones, an HP laptop, and my Resmed Airsense 11 CPAP with zero issues in 4 different hotels.     • Excellent adapter, just one thing
I really, really like this adapter honestly, and it was my solid companion when I was travelling Europe for five weeks. It came with everything needed, but I just wish that the plug that actually plugged into the wall (without adding a converter) was a US plug... Alas, it is European, and you have to add the converter to plug it into a US outlet. This isn't a dealbreaker, but it just makes the plug about 1.5 inches longer when plugged into the wall, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, all the ports worked great, having the two USB options was solid, and it charged all of my equipment (phone, laptop, etc) with ease. This travel plug adaptor worked great in England and France. The extension cord made it easy to connect the plug to an outlet that was not easily accessible and still be useful to everyone who wants to charge their phone or device. Just a note, it is not a voltage converter. Phones and small electronic devices from the US should be fine to plug into in the UK and Europe but anything that is higher powered like a hair dryer or iron needs a voltage converter. ... show more

Used this for travelling in Italy and France. It worked really well. Never had any issues. I like that there is the cord so you can set your plugs on a stable surface. Just remember it is a plug adapter, not a voltage converter.
