I’ve been using the Eureka Whirlwind Vacuum Cleaner for a while now, and I have to say, I’m really pleased with its overall performance. I’ve actually bought two of these because they’re so reliable and compact. The vacuum is small, easy to store, and ideal for smaller spaces or those who don’t want to lug around a heavy machine. Despite its compact size, the Eureka Whirlwind delivers great suction power, making it efficient at picking up dirt, dust, and debris. It has good maneuverability. The canister is generously sized and super easy to empty and clean, which saves me time during and after vacuuming sessions. I also appreciate the length of the cord and hose. Both are long enough to reach across rooms without needing to constantly switch outlets or move the vacuum around, which is a major plus. The floor attachment is also great and works well on multiple surfaces. That said, there are a few minor drawbacks. The vacuum comes with too few accessories, and there’s no fine nozzle for getting into narrow spaces, which would have been a nice addition. While the attached brush at the end of the hose is practical initially, it has worn out quite quickly, and unfortunately, it’s not replaceable. However, considering its affordable price, compact size, and powerful performance, I still highly recommend this vacuum, especially if you’re looking for something practical, efficient, and space-saving. Pros: • Light. Super easy to use. Compact size, easy to store and maneuver. • Strong and dependable suction power for effective cleaning on various surfaces. • Easy-to-clean, good-sized canister. • Long cord and hose for excellent reach across rooms. • Smooth floor attachment that works well on multiple surfaces. This vacuum is wonderfully light and practical. Great suction. So much better than any upright clunky and heavy vacuum. The only moderate flaws I see are two things in the design. 1) the upper part of the hose is an odd U-shape rigid piece, which makes it difficult/impossible to go into some corners or difficult to reach places (when you remove the bottom attachment). And 2) because of that rigid piece, you end up holding the vacuum weirdly at times and sliding the suction vent open by accident because of where it's located. Also, the brush that lives stored on that rigid part of the hose makes the end of the hose thick (when you remove the bottom attachment), making it difficult to go in narrow spaces, such as behind furniture along walls, without having to pull out the furniture enough to accommodate for that width. I wish there were an accessory with a narrow opening for corners, molding, etc. Other than that, it is a great device, at a good price compared to some other brands. Hopefully, it will last a while (my last upright is still going at 30+ years, but I always found uprights very impractical, and so loud compared to this canister vacuum). ... show more

Used this product for the first time after receiving it. Surprisingly sound or noise level is very low when used. The telescopic Adjustable wand, cleaning power ( I have Pet) and sucked all the hairs from Hardwood, Tile with ease. Worked great on carpet as well. I liked the ability to use different tools in one handle itself (by sliding the sofa dust collector). Used it on my staircase with wood. The ability to go through the rails gaps (which was a bit of an issue with wider dust collector with earlier brands) and pull the dust settled for a long time amazed me. Overall a great product for the price. I know this is like a honeymoon period showing off only the good qualities. Would love this relationship continues for a longer period, unlike my sharp vacuum cleaners which lasted only for a year plus few months. The vacuum unit itself tilts when pulling the wire. The base stability seems to be an issue when pulling. One Improvement I would love is the ability to control the power unit near the handle than at the base. Every time, I need to shut the power, I have to walk to the base unit. Other than this small aspect, it really gave a solid A+ performance during my first cleaning. I will use it every other week and will report/update any cons if I find anything down the road. Would highly recommend buying this, if you are on the market for one. ... show more

I am in my 70's and cannot believe this little vacuum cleaner. I have NEVER had a vacuum cleaner work like this one and it is so easy to move from room to room and slirps up EVERYTHING. I have an Australian Cattle Dog and he sheds. This little vacuum not only gets up all of his hair, but it gets the sand and dirt from the carpets (we live on the coast). It is an amazing vacuum. Don't waste your money on a big bulky vacuum when this little guy is so EASY to use, yet more powerful than the big expensive ones. I have owned them all, and seriously, this little guy is the BEST!!! (It is really easy to clean out too?) ... show more
