I bought this for our guest bedroom. There is a gap between the mattress and the wrought iron headboard. It seems to fill the gap pretty well the little pockets on the side are pretty nifty. We will see how it works when my son gets here to try it out.

This is exactly what I needed. It supports pillows and myself very well! I was even able to get rid of a pillow. The pocket on the side is great and fits a iPhone good with extra space. Some comments said the product was too small but I think those were just dummies who ordered the wrong size and blamed the seller. So make sure you know your bed size! Some also said it wasn’t thick enough but it needs to set for like 72 hours! After that it’s wonderful ... show more

This thing is a life saver. My pillow doesn't end up in the crack anymore. I sleep on two pillows because of acid reflux and the bottom pillow was always ending up in the crack between the headboard and the mattress. Not now! So glad I found this pillow, wish I had bought it sooner.
