I have multiple UV products and every single one of them is fantastic. Easy to use app is great amazing functionality and easy install with great instructions and even a template! Picture quality is fantastic. Connectivity is ridiculously long with very little lag and great sound quality which can be the worst on some other brands of cameras. We own both the older, bulkier S220 solar cam and this newer one which i recently bought in a 2 pack to protect my 2nd property. This is such a great value and it’s everything you need to monitor your property. Because this is solar you can mount it anywhere outdoors - no wiring needed! It’s easy to set up! We have one attached to an exterior 2nd story wall (installed from indoors by a window) and another just sitting on a rock wall/planter in our yard. We find these solar cams more reliable than the wired ones! Even if the internet and electricity is down, later we’ll have the video. The motion detection range is great too. The only time the solar power failed was when we didn’t have any direct sunlight for over 2 weeks! I live in New England and even still this was a brief, rare occurrence. All in all, i own 6 eufy cams including a (wired) doorbell cam and a (wired) floodlight cam (which was my first cam) plus these. They have helped protect my property from intruders and trespassers. This solar cam at my 2nd property caught a man in a pickup truck driving onto my yard. 😣 The video captured both his appearance and his license plate. Cops were are able locate & deal with him. These solar ones are our fav, and I wouldn’t go without them. Two or three and a doorbell cam is all you need to protect your whole property from the exterior. ... show more

I bought this Eufy camera to serve as a wildlife camera to film a pack of deer that like to visit our backyard every night. Since it is solar powered, it makes things soooo much easier not having to worry about removing it and recharging a battery every few days. We mounted it on a tree and even though it is partially covered and shaded during the day, it always seems to pick up enough sunlight to stay charged, at least for our nightly use. Since we only care about recording our deer friends who visit at night, I try to turn the camera off (via the Eufy app) each morning and back on each evening to save on battery power. With a full charge it would probably last all day though. Motion sensitivity is great and I even have to turn it down a bit to prevent unintended recordings of insects, frogs, and the like. Night vision is pretty good and color is nice. WiFi range is quite good as it is a good distance from the camera to my Eero router inside our house. I never have trouble connecting to the camera via the Eufy app. However... viewing the Eufy cam video, live or pre-recorded, on any of our Alexa Echo Show devices is frustrating. 90% of the time it won't work when we say, "Alexa, show me the Deer Cam", giving us a device is not responding error. So that's a bit disappointing but I figure we are right at the max WiFi range as it is. But all in all, it's a great little camera and the built-in solar power (no external panels to hookup) is a game changer. ... show more

They work excellent. It is easy to set up and it stores the recordings on the device so you don’t have to get the square unit to save the recordings unless you want to there is a option for that when setting it up. It has night vision. It does record for about 2 minutes but you can set it shorter so the battery last longer. Mine get sun for about 4 hours a day and it keeps it charged at 100 percent. Easy to connect to wifi. Mine is about 200 feet from my wifi and on the other side of a brick wall and i do not have problems but i do have a good wifi system. Every once in a wile it might take about 5-10 seconds to connect but otherwise its great. It can pick up people talking about 50 ft away and it sounds like you’re right beside them. ... show more
