This is everything I'd hoped it would be! Ever since I was little I've been in love with Tiffany lamps & to find this one with the smaller matching desk lamp I knew I had to have them. I get that due to the hand craftsmanship I was going to pay a pretty penny for it, but I don't feel bad at all now both are all set up. So beautiful. I attached pictures of both lamps just so you can see the set. I hope to find another set just as beautiful when I redecorate my living room. I bought this lamp several years ago. I like the lamp and it's construction, the orange motif, and tree branch base, but the glass colors used to compliment the orange need adjusting. First, the dark browns are too opaque. All facets need to let some light thru, and the browns do so barely. Then that clashes with some facets that are nearly clear and colorless (a very light clear purple to be exact). I would have gone with some translucent light greens instead of dark brown and then translucent white instead of clear. ... show more

Lamp is absolutely beautiful! It really does look like a tiffany lamp. The base isnt metal as previous responses to questions state. The product description is accurate, it is a resin but it is heavy. The shade itself is not glass as stated however. It is some type of plastic/ resin. Not worth the money in my opinion. My heart sank when I picked up the box; I was far too light for a glass shade that size and a metal base. The shade is acrylic or plastic and was peeling in some areas where you could see the copper wiring below the faux solder. The branches of the stand is also chipping and missing color and is chipped white (see photos) When the shade is attached it is still very loose/wiggly and flexes quite a bit. This is my first one star review. I have no idea about the other 5 star review, but for me it is a nightmare. The price is expensive, and there is no glass. Also, the lamp isn't look colorful, big different with the photo. good luck everyone
