This scale provides all the features that scales made by big name manufacturers provide, but for much lower cost. And it works great. I step on the scale and it quickly provides my weight and then uses that to evaluate BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass percentage, and several other key data points in the free app. I love that it connects to Apple Health, which has allowed me to add this data to the weights provided by my old, now retired scale. So far its only me using the scale, but my wife has indicated she'd like to set up a profile on there as well. I'll update this review once she's tried it a few times. ... show more

Easy to use and lots of good info. I love the app to track things and it seems accurate. I have to do a test weigh each time though or it is off. I am not sure why this happens. But, after the rust gets knocked off its accurate with the other scale we have in the house. I enjoy the data in the app.

Paid for a new scale, and was shipped an obviously used device. *****Update 7/19/2020**** Originally I gave the unit 1 star because the unit that I received was obviously used and no attempt was made to clean the device (I'm actually happy it wasn't with all that is going on) before it was shipped to me. I left the above review which was pretty short and straight to the point as I refused to even try to use the device. Eufy quickly contacted me and advised that since the scale ships from an Amazon warehouse they unfortunately had no control over the inventory, and checking the quality of returns. While understandable I advised this was not something the customer should have to deal with, and at the end of the day it's a product sold by them so they should be responsible. They agreed, and said they would ship another unit out to me and offered a slight discount which I was fine with accepting. On to the product. The scale works exactly as advertised. I came from a Fitbit Aria (version 1 I believe) which after the last update had issues connecting to my wifi, and generally was not powering on like it should. The WiFi issue swayed me towards a less connected unit which is what made me try the Eufy which still connects via Bluetooth if you want. I can say I've had no issues with the scale turning on, and overall it seems pretty accurate. I've seen a review or 2 that says it's not as accurate as some other scales, and to this I honestly can't give an opinion. What I can say though is that it is very consistent. I've weighed myself multiple times in a row to see if it changes up slightly and every time it has been the same. So you can at least know that it will calculate your weight the same way every time, and if it is off by half a pound or so compared to others it will be that same half pound off at no matter what your weight. If you need something that's completely accurate because you are in a competition and have to weigh a certain amount you should probably be looking at a more expensive scale from the jump. If you do decide to connect the scale to the Eufy app on your phone it gives you the many features above, and they all seem to be pretty consistent as well. As far as how helpful they are I couldn't say since the main thing I cared about what having my weight tracked. It does store several weigh-ins if you don't have your phone with you and the app open at the time you weigh yourself, so you can be confident that all of that will sync the next time you have the app open. As far as multiple users I haven't tried it yet as my wife doesn't really care to track her weight in an app, but I do think the only complaint I have is how Eufy handles that. You basically have to share the app with family members and I believe it will sync when they weigh themselves and sync with their phone. As I've stated I haven't actually tried it so take that anecdotally . I can say that it doesn't include her weight in my syncs, so I do have confidence that it works as stated. Overall I am very happy with the unit, and probably even more so with Eufy's customer service. I am pretty confident that if I have any issues and reach out to them they will be happy to help in a timely manner. I can and will confidently recommend the product to my family, friends, and anyone reading this review. One pro-tip if you're using an Android device is to allow the location settings for the Eufy app all of the time. From my research Eufy doesn't actually collect any of this data, but it is a limitation of Android's bluetooth capability and if you don't you may have issues syncing your scale after the initial setup. I believe the first time I set it up I chose the "only while app is open" option, and it initially worked but I had trouble getting it to connect consistently after that. Being in IT I did a little digging, and decided to reinstall the app and set that option to all the time and I haven't had an issue since then. I'm not deducting any points\stars from Eufy for this as I'm pretty sure it's a common issue for us Android users and the Bluetooth stack used in some of our devices. ... show more

    • Quit Working After Six Months
Note: I reached out (through Amazon) to the manufacturer and have not yet received a response. I will update when I do. UPDATE: EUFY replied promptly and offered to replace my scale for free. Unfortunately this happened right at the time of the lockdowns for the coronavirus, and the shipment came out through the US Postal Service. This created more than a month of frustration due to the awful local postal carrier we have. Before I could get to the main post office (not anywhere near where I live), the replacement scale had been sent back. But EUFY was great to resend the replacement. I finally was able to get it (despite more frustration with my postal carrier). I upgraded my rating to four stars. I understand the limitations of the scale and don't expect scientific body fat or hydration numbers. It's a digital scale. It's not a scientific lab. And for the price, it's just fine. It's accurate, consistent and easy to use. The app integrates easily with my Health app on my iPhone which is important to me. I would have given 5 stars if EUFY had the ability to ship other than through the US Postal Service. I understand that Amazon determines that based on inventory on hand. But I avoid my local US Postal carrier every possible way I can. I was quite happy with the scale. I knew it would not give precise measurements of body fat, hydration, and so on, it's scale. But the weight measurements were as accurate as I knew based on visits to the doctor and weighing on other analog scales. And I used the other data for long-term trending, more than for a sense of what my actual body fat was. I never had any issues syncing with the app, and the app fed data to my Apple Health app without any issues. Then, suddenly, six months in, I get the error message "oL" which apparently means "overload" or something like that. After some shock, I read through the somewhat useless manual, and realized, no I didn't just gain a hundred pounds and the scale could not register my weight. When I consulted the manual it simply said, "stop using for weight measurement." Okay. But how do I fix it? There's no reset button (I tried used the "units" button for that. No dice.). There's no "step once on the right front measuring pad, twice on the left back pad, and once on the right back pad" or some sort of digital hokey-pokey of that sort. My scale had become a brick. I wasted even more time going online and searching YouTube for any information I could find on how to fix the scale. Nothing. The scale is useless. While I was satisfied with the scale for the first six months, it's hard to be anything other than extremely irritated with what has turned out to be a six-month lease on the device. I'll give eufy time to respond and will update here. But this is stupid and frustrating. I'm an Apple guy and I have never once had an Apple device quit on me. I have in iPad Air (first gen) that is still humming along (though now stuck on iOS 12 for the rest of its digital life) after five years (and I bought it used). I expect to be able to use a scale like this many years past the end of warranty. ... show more

I really am glad I bought this product. Very pleased with results! I drink half my body weight daily and it says my water is low. I was surprised about that, but everything else seems accurate, so must be true. I have bought several eufy products and all have them have been great! Great product and great value!! ... show more
