The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use in my basement on the carpet and unsure if it would work. Setup: Super easy. 10/10. Downloaded the Eufy app then connected my internet, reset the cleaner, and then connected to its own wifi. From there they were paired! In use: I just had to press play and it started working! I had planned to use this to prevent heavy upkeep. Without any prep the little machine seems to be working great and picking up things I would have figured it would miss!     • Does the job, not the best
The product is not as quiet as the first week, it is now a little louder, the suction is ok, it still sometimes leaves crumbs behind, I mostly got this for frequent cleaning of splatter kitty litter. The mopping portion could be improved and I wish there was an option to stop it from going to certain areas with the mapping, so that it does not get stuck so frequently. ... show more

    • Support resolved my issues. Very responsive after initial issues
G40 Hybrid won't connect to my wifi. I tried everything I could think of. Used their support website and finally started a chat with one of their agents. The only thing their "agent" did was give me the link to the website. Their product could be less expensive if they didn't pay someone to tell me to go to a website. I was told their "technical team" would contact me in 24 hours. If not, it goes back in the box and this review stays. Update: The second line of support had contact information for an "escalation". I chose that and the support was exception. The vacuum was defective and Eufy sent me a new one that worked the first time. Update: I received a new vacuum that worked right away but then stopped sucking after about 3 or 4 uses. Support (knowing my history) sent a new one immediately. That one again failed to connect. I ended up trying the "hotspot" connection method, which failed for me as well (but wasn't going to be useful). That failed attempt must have switched something on in the vacuum and it finally connected. Update: This one again stopped sucking after about 3 uses. I'm waiting on support again. Update: Support very responsive now. Got me a new one promptly. Appreciate their willingness to improve their support and responsiveness ... show more

it first started from day 1 with the error s4, apparently something wrong with the suction fan. Now, more than a month without using it because it failed the first day, it says that it has a battery error. this thing apparently doesn't protect the battery if you let it fully charged on the charging station. avoid this one, even if it's on sale. ... show more

This thing is a life saver. I can't believe how much dirt, dust and fur it picks up each time. Strong suction, quiet, and oh so convenient. Saves me from vacuuming every day during the week and it consistently does a 10/10 job. I've had it for about a year and no complaints.

    • The mop feature doesn’t work well.
The vacuum works fine. Not as well as a regular vaccuum unit, but works good enough. I’m not happy with the mop feature. Even on the highest water dispense setting, it’s not enough. It dispenses water unevenly in stripes. I’m constantly having to stop the unit and rewet the pad. Eufy also doesn’t recommend cleaners other than their own, and it’s backordered until September. So I’m only using water. I think if Eufy sold a thicker pad, it would work much better. This one is too thin to clean. Now I’m getting a “battery error”. It’s less than two months old. The other weird thing is my router blocks malicious sites and I keep getting notices that my Eufy is trying to connect to sites in Russia. Like constant alerts. Customer service has been helpful, but slow. They sent me a new water dispensing unit, thinking that was the issue. It didn’t help. Then new mop pads. That didn’t help. They say they will send out a new unit so I’m waiting to hear from them. ... show more

    • Should have returned this one.
First let me say, I am a fan of Eufy. I got this one to replace our 3 year old model. I regret going with the mop option one, for sure. It makes higher, it can not fit under furniture that the normal model fits under. Also, I cant move rugs every time I mop, I didn't think about that. So I never use that option and took the mop cloth part off so it could fit under more things. And getting the dust collector thing off this one and back on is such a headache. It just doesn't click back in easily and is a fight every time. I am also annoyed that they didn't make the filters fit across the dif models like they used too. Now you have to buy more and these have a plastic surround that is wasteful. Thumbs down and I miss the return window and Im stuck with it. ... show more
