I received this product with many imperfections, holes not drilled, cracked and patched in multiple areas, items screwed on wrong sides. I requested to send back for a refund and was told there is a restocking fee, based on the condition of the product when they receive it. i really like the chicken coop but it has a couple of issues there was some damage to one of the roof pieces and some modification is required to get the top of the run put on. It's too long. Other than that assembly was pretty much a breeze took about an hour to put together. Still have to solve the problem with the run though. ... show more

The chicken coop is easy enough to put together. Once built, it’s quickly obvious that the website description is incorrect. If you buy this for chickens, it will not hold more than 4-6 between the two boxes. The coops are super tiny and the run is laughable. It looks just like the picture but is small. My medium size dogs head reaches almost the top of the run - super small. Spend your money elsewhere. ... show more

I only gave it a low score because the size didn't fit my chickens. It is a nice design. I don't like the nesting bar not being able to move somewhere else. It's so close the the nesting boxes my hens can't get past it so we had to take them out. I have 9 hens and this is not large enough. I got it because it stated 6-11 and my less then year old hens don't fit. It is nice if you have less oraybe a different breed. I'll post a pic soon ... show more

I loved this chicken coop it fits all twelve of my chicken and is amazing although it does require assembly it's amazing it has two hatches so it's easy to grab eggs.

I was so excited to get this. Nice cedar wood, however quality control does not exist at this company. They cut through a knot on both sides so it came apart in shipping. Contacted sellar and told about a week to get new part. However, 3 weeks later, they have not shipped part and my return window is closing so apparently I have to return it. So disappointed. Was getting some chickens from a friend and have also missed out on that opportunity. So it's cost a lot of money and time. They don't care. ADDED: is now been more than 1 month and they are still jerking me around in the replacement part. Customer service manage saidthey shipped out, but now they tell me they haven't. Factory is busy. Well so am i! I'm not paying a restocking fee for a defective product working with Amazon on return and getting full refund ... show more
