I'm pleased with the case and bandages supplied. Good quality and in date. The tourniquet supplied in the kit is NOT a true CAT. It is made of a cheeper material. (Maybe good in a pinch.) I highly recommend that if you want an IFAK, you purchase a real CAT GEN 7 to replace the one supplied.

Definitely a good kit if you learn to use it. I removed some stuff and added others to make it into a trauma pack so it’s very customizable in every aspect.

The kit as a whole is okay, I would definitely add a few things and change out some of the included items for better quality versions. I personally have added: - A pair of Trama Sheers stored behind the pressure bandage. - Two packs of Quick-clot in the back with the bandages - Two Electrolyte Dink Mixes (For Dehydration) - A tiny bottle of low-dose aspirin - A Quart Size Ziplock bag I have replaced: - The Moleskin (Went with a larger size, non-perforated one) - Medical Tape (The included one is garbage, I picked some 3m silk tape) - The included gloves (I replaced with 4 pairs of 6mm nitrile surgical gloves) - The included band aids (I replaced with actual Name-Brand ones) ... show more

You hope to never need such a kit. But I am glad I've added this to my range bag. The kit has all the basic supplies you will need to address an unexpected event. From the Ukraine war there are some great videos out on how to use the items in this and similar kits. While this will never take the place of training, it is better than nothing. The one item missing that I added to my kit was EMT shears. There was plenty or room for me to add them into the kit bag. Highly recommended. ... show more
