Connect the factory car fiber optic interface to the black plug, and then reinsert the plug to decoder box. 3. Connect the decoders ACC, GND and BATT cables to the same cables of your car. And connect the White & Red RCA interfaces to the audio output interfaces of car stereo. 5. Installation completed.

    • Too Expensive, Better Instructions Needed
Much too expensive for what it is. It's $100 for a box that lets the radio talk to the car, when the radio is already supposed to talk to the car. Seems like a bit of a waste. I understand the necessity (I bought it after all), but it still hurt me right in the wallet. Also, and this just seems to be the norm with Eonon products, the instructions could use some work. Eonon made a good dozen different versions of what is, seemingly, the same headunit for the BMW E9X cars, but their audio output harnesses are all different. Finding any information on how to connect all of the different components is challenging, to say the least. Took me way longer than I'd care to admit to realize the RR and RL connectors were redundant in my application, and that I only needed to connect this decoder to the FR Out and FL Out at the headunit. There is a 10 second or so delay when turning on your stereo connecting with your phone. Other than that it's a great oroduct

    • For aftermarket radio with fiber optic or logic 7
If your BMW comes equipped with logic 7 or fiber optics this is the only way you can get a aftermarket radio to work and produce sound even keeps logic 7 working.
