There were no missing parts, the instructions were clear and detailed, there were no quality issues whatsoever, everything lined up perfectly and it looks great. This is a nice bed. It took some work getting it assembled, but the instructions were pretty well laid out. There was one piece that had a hole drilled in the wrong place. There was no other way to put it such that the hole could be utilized. That's the only reason I didn't give it five stars. I ended up leaving that bolt out. There was enough support in the structure to do without. It's stable, quiet, and pretty. I like that the drawers give some options for storage. ... show more

This was a really good steal. I bought this as a budget friendly way of sprucing up my bedroom and man was I surprised. The bed frame is really sturdy and has a great look to it. It was really easy to assemble as everything had numbers on it and the instruction booklet was easy to read. I did not have any missing items or broken pieces. I bought this in a king size and fits great in the bedroom. My husband also put down the box springs to make the bed be higher off the ground which I don’t care for because it’s really high. I was a little skeptical about ordering a bed i haven't seen in person but those was definitely worth it! Elegant, comfy, sturdy, a friend put it together for me and it didn't take him long. I was unpacking the rest of my place. Took him about an hour. No problem with night activities as well, if ya know what I mean😉 I love the shelf as well and the 2 drawers on the bottom. The draws were very easy to put together, I did those myself. Took me all of 5 minutes. They just lay on the floor and roll in and out. I may put handles on them to make it easier to open and close them. Solve they are flush with the frame when closed it is a little hard to pull them out. ... show more

I have been using this frame for about 2 months now. It does squeak after a couple weeks. I might need to go back and tighten all the bolts though. There was a bit of false advertisement with this one as well. I like the look of it, but it does not come up around the edges of the mattress as shown in advertisement photos which was a huge disappointment for me because my mattress slides off the side of the frame. Also, the back of the frame does not come up as high as it seems it should. Definitely measure the height of your mattress before purchasing. The drawers don’t have anything keeping them in place and are difficult to manage on hardwood floors as the slide around and become misaligned with the frame when bumped or kicked. Assembled by myself with zero experience. Instructions are very helpful it was just very time consuming. I would say it’s a decent price for the frame but the shipping cost is a bit ridiculous. Overall still enjoying the frame and thankful that I don’t need a box spring! ... show more
