I ordered this on the 22nd of March. I will mention this takes longer than your typical 2 day prime. It was supposed to be here between the 31st and 6th and I received it on the 29th. So first off I was pleased to get it earlier than I anticipated! Before I even received the item customer service reached out personally on Amazon to let me know it was on its way and informing me if I had any questions or issues with delivery to message them. Then 3 days after receiving it they messaged again to ensure I had gotten the dresser and to remind me to lock the rack in place for safety. I hadn't gotten it together at that point and let them know, and they were very polite in telling me to contact that if I had any questions on assembly. I'd never had a company take such care in ensuring things went well like that. When opening the box I was surprised to see extra support put in place to keep the box intact and to protect the product from damage. I had never seen something(aside from electronics) packaged so nicely to keep the item safe like that. Instead of your typical furniture item with a million different pieces, this one had some pieces pre-assembled making it very easy to put together! They provide you with all the tools you need for the job, and everything came together quickly and correctly the first time! It was one of the easiest furniture items this large that I've assembled. The drawers are made of fabric, but they are very sturdy and spacious. For my husband and I we easily fit our clothes in the bottom 8 drawers. We have a little one on the way and plan on using the top drawers for baby clothes and diapers and such. I cannot wait to start filling it up more. It looks great in my space and doesn't take up a lot of room. I highly recommend this dresser and this company! This was definitely worth the price and I will certainly be looking to buy from them again in the future. ... show more

I transferred all the contents of two dressers into this one and I have 2 empty large dresser drawers left because there is so much room. The build was straightforward and took me about 2 hours. If you want to cut the time in half have someone assemble the drawers and handles while you put together the rack. As a solo job it was easy. It's not heavy to move alone it is just cumbersome. I had one slight complaint as the middle part of the dressers were too narrow for the drawer to fit. It makes it a real struggle to pull the bottom two out. I had to force them in and out and if it's not wall mounted it makes the dresser rock every time. I could bend the bars out to slide more smoothly but shouldn't need to do something like that. The drawers are super roomy and I would recommend the card style of organization for shirts and pants. You can fit a lot. I have 12 T-shirts in each, 8-10 pants, and I can fit about 4-8 bras in each small drawer. It helps keep everything separate and that's something I really needed so my drawers don't end up chaotic. I even have a dedicated drawer for my beanies and hats now. The dresser itself looks really nice. The material is sturdy and the wood top and handles are easy to wipe off. I don't have to worry about slides breaking or sagging boards. The metal rack is super sturdy and I don't see this ever falling apart. I would absolutely recommend this. You can also easily take this apart to pack up and move. I will probably never own an all wood or MDF board dresser again. This is so much easier and convenient for storage. ... show more

Update: I did contact them and they shipped me the missing piece. I've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to dismantle and reassemble it again, but the piece does look to be the correct one this time around. It worked as is, so I'm not in a rush to get the new piece in. Overall, I'm in love with this dresser. Yes, the drawers are cloth, but that's what you should expect at this price point shipped to your door. It's sturdy for what it is and has plenty of room. Other than the hassle of having to go through them to get the correct part shipped out to me, this would be perfect for what I was looking for. I was just putting the plastic shelf tracks in place when I realized that something was off. I at first thought I had maybe put something on backwards (I did this 3 times in total during this project), but upon further investigation I came to realize I had actually been sent two #5 pieces instead of one #5 and one of the opposite #3. I was able to flip the extra #5 around to get it to work since #5 & #3 are opposites of each other, however now I have two holes in the front that shouldn't be there. I also cannot attach the support cross rods on the back without drilling a new hole. I've sent a message to the seller to see if they can remedy this without my needing to drill into the metal. Overall, this dresser is exactly what I wanted. The frame is lightweight, hollow, metal and the drawers are a cloth/carboard mix. It's surprisingly well designed and all the metal (although light) seems sturdy enough and I have no concerns with it lasting. Assembly wasn't too difficult (minus the missing piece), however pay very close attention to the pictures and spare yourself having to disassemble sections of it to flip pieces around. Also, a drill makes this so much quicker, just make sure you have one that doesn't let you over tighten. And be very cautious if using a drill while assembling the drawers and putting the handles on. I spun out one of the holes for the screw by accident. I thought I had my drill turned down to a safe level, but I should have gone a few clicks further. Turned it down to the lowest tension and had no issues after that. Also, if the top middle 4 drawers seem a little snug or tight when sliding them in, loosen both middle part #6's and hold them as far to the sides as you can while retightening the bolts. There's just enough play with the bars that you should be able to make it work. Other than the missing piece, I am more than satisfied with this. For now, I'm keeping the review at a 2 star until I see how the seller handles the missing piece. I've seen other reviews mentioning a difficult return on this item, so hopefully I don't have to go that avenue. ... show more
