I ordered this bike for my son. He has had it for two weeks then got a big hole in tire. Not that he ran over something, the tread is worn all the way down. I keep trying to reach out to company but giving me the run around. Not easy to deal with their customer support. The phone number is out of country so can’t call and they only respond in middle of night. Each email they offer no help or resolution. This is clearly a poorly manufactured item if it only lasted two weeks ... show more

A great durable and vigorous electric minibike, safe for beginners and a little charge (2 or 3 hrs) goes a long way, make sure not to charge overnight or for days at a time. Reading the directions thoroughly will ensure a safe ride! So fun like a little dirt-bike and has great qualities- brakes, tires (rode over like, broken Corona bottles and does great on grass and dirt) and it’ll definitely get you where you gotta go on time. Even in little city areas, it could’ve taken an hour and 30 minute walk and city bus ride but turned into a 30 minute ride, and the seat is comfortable. It’s light enough to ride without the motor (which is how it got stolen) and I underestimated how light it was with the battery and all. Always lock it up too. Even if you have the keys, they can just fold it up and throw it in their car probably. That makes transportation quite easy! ... show more

    • Far Better Than My Previous Lectric® Bike

This bike was half the cost of my previous bike, and it's still going. The battery is sealed inside of a durable plastic shell, further secured with a lock and key. I use this bike to get to work everyday, and I have to take it up and down hills that are far steeper than intended for the bike, and it still works fantastically. I do not know how waterproof the bike is for the rain, but I just wrap the display with a plastic bag to further protect it. However the wiring that is on the bike seems pretty protected from the elements in the first place. Also I'm going to post this here because I cannot find it listed in the manual, or on their official website. 1 BLUE LIGHT = BATTERY ALMOST DEAD 2 BLUE LIGHT = BARRERY HALF CHARGED 3 BLUE LIGHTS = BATTERY FULL CHARGE Also the RED LIGHT in the bottom left corner of the display seems to indicate that... The bike is on? I would not worry about the red light at all, it doesn't seem to warn of anything specific, plus I cant find anything explaining anything further about the red light. I can get about 8 miles out of the bike before I need to charge it again, (it has never died on me on the road so maybe I can get more) and that is going up and down very steep hills (to and from work). tl;dr Very good for the money highly recommend ... show more

It was working for a little while until trying to change the back tire, it was a struggle to do and it messed up the wiring... It's good but I might want to find something else to ride.
