As pictured, the packaging is very well done, and contains everything you need to take with you wherever you go. The cases, glove and tools are well presented and appear to be of good quality. I have yet to use since I just received it, but am looking forward to trying it out.

I got this 15 months ago, and I am just now developing a short in the wire where it connects to the wand; after using it for hours at a time and almost daily. * lots of quality time! I got in touch with the lifetime warranty and got a response within an hour that they will send a replacement ASAP ; and should expect it within the same week. Very VERY HAPPY with their customer service! ***** 5/5 Hotfix wand is super lightweight.. seems cheap but is actually fantastic! Will be getting a few more to keep workflow smooth and constant.
