The factory welds look good and it was pre-assembled properly, some bolts will need to be torqued down but that's to be expected. The assembly was simple and he was off on his way riding in no time. I would not recommend it for someone who lives on the second floor of an apartment building, you’ll struggle and possibly fall trying to bring it up. This is a great bike for commuting to and from my job , which is ver y close to where I live. I love the look of this e-bike..the 'rake' of the handle bars give an almost motorcycle-feel to it and the speed is phenomenal. My only complaint is (was) the weight. Luckily I just moved to a 1st floor apartment, so carrying the 94 pound bike up what used to be 3 flights of stairs is no longer an issue ... show more

The bike I got was all messed up but Amazon along with ENGWE were very helpful and patient and made sure I was very taken care of.. I'm getting ready to buy it again.. CAUSE I LOVE ENGWE'S BIKES🤘💯.. AND HOPING I GET A GREAT BIKE with no magnets for speed limiter or restrictions for use cause the USA is different than the UK.. but I do understand that UK are your normal customers.. but I've bought 3 ENGWE bikes in less than a year and I'm getting ready to buy another one and the year still isn't over.. I'm hoping and praying i can finally get what I've wanted ALL YEAR..lol.. The real M20 dual battery with none of the restrictions programmed into it.. or magnets put on it to stop you from getting everything you can out of the bike.. I'm gonna try it AGAIN... Number 3 with the M20.. I also purchased the M-20 2.0 and was very very disappointed cause it wouldn't even go 20mph.. but was suppose to be upgrade to the regular M-20.. but I was getting 30mph out of my very first M20.. THAT'S WHY I GOT RID OF THE 2.0.. if I'm paying over thousand bucks for bike it better go faster than a peddle bike can go.. SERIOUSLY..
