I purchased this bike for my teenage son, and would highly recommend it. It shipped ahead of schedule, undamaged. The factory welds look good and it was pre-assembled properly, some bolts will need to be torqued down but that's to be expected. The assembly was simple and he was off on his way riding in no time. Overall, the bike rides great, does as advertised, and only a small, minor adjustment was needed on the front brake to fix a squeal and i would suggest kickstand bolts and nuts because they tended to back out. I love almost everything about my M20. I did add a 'dirt bike' style seat over the stock seat to raise it several inches (I'm 6' tall), this is better for pedaling and still allows me to get a foot down on the ground easily. My one big issues is the pedal assist speeds- they start too high. P1: 15mph, P2: 17.5mph, P3: 21mph, P4: 24mph, P5: 26mph. So on P1, if you start pedaling, the motor rapidly takes you to 14mph, same with the throttle, it is very difficult to, for example, try to go 10mph (which is the speed limit in my HOA and many campgrounds). Also, off road and on sand, going slower than 14mph is often best. And the throttle only works if you have selected at least pedal assist 1 but if you turn the pedals at all, motor kicks you to 14mph immediately. ... show more

This is a great bike for commuting to and from my job , which is ver y close to where I live. I love the look of this e-bike..the 'rake' of the handle bars give an almost motorcycle-feel to it and the speed is phenomenal. My only complaint is (was) the weight. Luckily I just moved to a 1st floor apartment, so carrying the 94 pound bike up what used to be 3 flights of stairs is no longer an issue ... show more

Very fun good looking bike, easy to ride, goes about 30 mph on highest settings, has 5 speed settings on motor. You can use as pedal assist or just ride on throttle and ride is very comfortable Has usb charger port on side for your phone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
