The U-shaped construction is more stable and long-lasting than H-bases and traditional T-bases because the U-shaped construction has two arms to share the weight of the engine. The 1000 lb (1/2 tonne) engine mount can hold up to 1000 lbs and is suitable for most engine mounting repairs.

This meets my specifications. My left hand is slightly disabled, Tightening the bolts to secure the wheels to the post and pulling the metal side together with the front bolts is not difficult for me. The stand does not come equipped with bolts for hanging the engine, so I need to purchase four grade 8 bolts. The pin used to maintain the rotating position is machined to the appropriate size, making it easy to align when rotating the engine.
