Hey, I broke a couple cause I didn't know what I was doing! Great cause these were CHEAP! But, once I knew how to work my CNC machine the ones I didn't break were great for wood, pcb, and other stiff non melty things. Plastic melted and stopped up the bit.     • Terrible Storage Case
These seem to be of decent quality. I've only used my set so far to notch the occasional PCB, so I can't really speak for the durability yet. But the cases these things come in are an exercise in frustration. They're incredibly non intuitive and hard to open - I have never been successful without using a small screwdriver to PRY it open. Even with the screwdriver it's something of a nightmare. So, I end up spending over a minute getting the case open in order to use the actual tool for 30 seconds. Once you do get it open, you'll realize that the papers indexing the sizes are merely inserted loose in the case. If you're not careful they will fall out, leaving you wondering just what color identifies a particular bit. ... show more

This set provides a low cost set of bits which come with collars for inserting into the tool holder. These make it very easy to keep the tip length consistent when changing bits.

When I first received this product I was extremely pleased and excited. The finish on the end mills was impressive and it just screamed quality. The plastic storage bins is a plus. While not certain if the color coding is standard it does help develope a sense of order and recognition of the sizes. I did have a slight issue with a couple od the smaller bits, but a quick message to seller and they solved the problem almost instantaneouly and to my grest satisfaction.
